*When did you last play Starfield?* 👀

Bethesda games are always wonky, but the base game should have a great foundation to build on with mods, Fallout 4 had that foundation, but Starfield from my experience does not.

Especially i hate the rollback to the silent protagonist again, Fallout 4’s voiced protagonist over time became accepted by the community

#1 reason players quit the game, there was no good reason to explore – variery of POIs were no match to the number of planets and available space to explore. Most important motivation by far, and it’s still has not been fixed yet.

I just re downloaded it again because it was still on the Xbox game pass, and i been having fun playing it! Still a little bit glitchy here n there but nothing like it was when it first come out lol I’m enjoying it now

It was the price of the game that damaging the game included the DLC

For 100 dollars, it doesn’t meet the Skyrim bar. It could have been easily!

If we only have at least 100 hand crafted planet, romance all the companion npcs not four horrible ones, darker fractions, smithing, cannibalism, ability to turn into a random lookin creature, and ect

16 times the loading screens. Game is still BAD.

i only played it cuz i got it for free with my gpu. Stale and fkn ugly game for a ’23 release. And relying on your playerbase to fix your game is wild to me.

Buddy, Starfield could easily have NMS & Elite Frontier number of star systems. Easily.

I have watched many Starfield trailers and videos and play-throughs over the past six plus months. I would like to play it for myself, but I simply cannot justify the $150+ for the game and DLC price in my country. That is half a month’s food. If Bethesda ever lists it at a decent sale price on Steam, then I would probably buy it. Until then I will just watch more videos…

The “statfield dead” thing bouncing around youtube is nuts.
Even Watchtower, which is newish and costs 10 dollars (so likely a minority of Starfield players playing it) gets >35k plays a day.

Starfield is an abomination.

It was never not worth trying atleast. This game if far from how bad yall make it sound. Real bad games are like star wars outlaws, mindseye, refdfall….. Those games dont even deserve a try. But Starfield does. Its because I tried it for myself instead of listening to the blind hate, i found out that i was missing out on a gem. And right now…. The game is in a much better state than many other games. The only thing is bgs needs to give us something juicy

The game is not dead Bethesda are still working on it we are getting more dlc maybe just not yet but if you wanna make stuff up without evidence go right ahead click bate is dumb tho so maybe don’t do it

Haha yeah the stealth is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. and the inventory system sucks. But if youre someone who likes games that have 100s of hours of content and you have a lot of time to play the game. I think its great

Starfield is mid like fallout 4… It’s not the worst game like some games out there like saints row reboot that was an abomination.

Yes, it could of been better on release and shattered space could of been much better too. Bethesda are probably working on something really good to make up for it.

This game is great idea, high expectation and poor execution.

Starfield was always good. If it wasn’t made by Bethesda then it wouldn’t received all this hate

They should put it out on PS5. Maybe it’ll get a resurgence

If Bethesda actually put in some work and did a Starfield 2.0 ( Similar to Cyberpunk) they could get a lot of positive attention. Take some cues from modders (Astrogate) and Outlaws ( where they cover their loading screens) it would improve the immersion massively. Also having a visible starmap on the flight deck of ships so you could pick your destination in real time would stop you from basically entering menus while you are flying.

You were 100% right about not including mods in the convo, it’s a super lazy way of saying Starfield is fixed when so many people play on console
