What do YOU think—is Starfield just in a quiet phase, or are people right to be concerned? Personally, I think Bethesda’s just sticking to their usual close-to-the-chest strategy (Gamescom is looking promising 👀).

I just want them to focus on more story content, we need more lore.

I don’t know, given the caliber of announcements they had at the show I really think they’d of shown a new expansion for Starfield if they had one, I mean they showed off a tiny mission pack for Indie.

Todd has said he wants games to basically just shadow drop but that doesn’t seem to be the case for dlc? I don’t think he has ever just dropped a dlc for any of his games as far as I know.

I really hope they haven’t abandoned this game as I feel a good expansion to the main world could save the game for me, but I would try and curb expectations, better to be pleasantly surprised than disappointed.

“But star wars is modded in” yeah that was in fallout 4.. the game really dies when all the same mods from f4 get ported over because thats all the game has to look forward to are these shitty skin swaps to “turn” the game into “star wars” even though nothing mechanically changes at all😅

The problem with Starfield is that it sucks. If it was good they would announce new things for it but it’s not.

Starfield is soulless

Starfield was launched as a single player, it wasn’t even live in the first place. Live ie online. It’s still in the offline phase.

It was so boring that game omfg just dreadful

With 0 reason to believe this, I feel like Starfield won’t move to PlayStation until all DLC is released and they can release all at once. Kind of like how Final Fantasy XVI didn’t get to Xbox until everything had released.

The bad part about BGS has always been some bugs that haven’t been fixed even after 20 years… I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to try another game from them because of that.

Starfield showcases the double standards of the gaming crowds. For example:
One thing people slammed in Starfield were the store keepers; they just stood behind their desks 24/7, never going to sleep or to eat. This was seen as rubbish NPC design.
Well, Cyberpunk also has store keepers that just stand behind their desks 24/7. Rubbish NPC design! In fact, the overall NPC quality in Cyberpunk, even after updates, is far worse than what Starfield has. But do people complain about this? Of course not! Double standards.

starffield is dead, because this isn’t Star Citizen… And they made star field as a fps on planets. It didn’t work.

Starfield was never a game to begin with. All Bethesda did was copy and paste a bunch of shit together and called it a game. Todd Howard is the biggest joke in the industry.

It’s so dead you used a Halo screenshot as the thumbnail as that would generate more clicks than a Starfield screenshot.

Its not dead in my opinion – I still live in it – creation mods help’s – all its lacking really is unlimited space like elite dangerous and a living breathing environment – I make the best of it – I’m not a snob – so I appreciate for the ART of it all – I bet it took a lot of work – you know – all them critics we got , I bet anything not one of them has created anything worthwhile – let alone giving their two cents worth – I love the game – ✌

Hey just a creator-to-creator heads up: the little intro/outro clip you add is WAY LOUDER than the rest of your videos. You should probably jack the volume on it down a bit in your editor.

The death narrative is so stupid. Bethesda could be criticized by a lot of things but if they manage to improve 76 they will keep on releasing content or supporting creations for starfield

I was relieved that Starfield didn’t have any proper updates lately. I’m barely playing Watchtower, not because I don’t like it (because I do), but because I’m in the middle of playing other great titles that were released currently.

When Starfield does release a proper update, to the backlog my current rotation will go and Starfield will be the apple of my eye again.

End of september or they will postpone to october.
I dont think they will be at third party events. News will come only directly from them
