I’m a modder for BGS games and am currently developing quest mods for Starfield. I just wanna say thanks to you and other similar YouTubers who continue to shine a positive light on this game. It reminds me that there is a big audience for Starfield and motivates me to keep making content for it.

The thing is that BGS has always been the target of the internet hate mob. Even back during Skyrim’s peak popularity, there was a vocal minority of folks who didn’t like the game primarily because of its more casual game design. The difference is that wasn’t the “cool opinion” to have back then, and the detractors back then were willing to say their piece, agree to disagree, and move on. I feel that ever since No Man’s Sky, the gaming community has become more enamored with ripping apart big games with a ton of hype. I remember when F76 and Cyberpunk 2077 were the internet’s favorite punching bags for a few years before they “became good”, when they always were. Same with Fallout: New Vegas when it came out in 2010 and was being compared to FO3. The horrible releases of F76 and Cyberpunk 2077 basically broke the gaming community’s optimism and made a lot of people cynical. It’s sad that things are the way they are now. A lot of gamers would rather judge those for liking something as harmless as a video game than just respecting that people have different tastes. Negativity can be intoxicating, and people let those negative emotions flow because they wanna feel heard. I’ve never been like that. If I don’t like something, I just move on.

The unfortunate reality is that we’re living in the age of the influencer. Influencers have become bigger than regular journalist companies on the internet. Their word means a lot to their audiences, so much so that their videos are often seen as propaganda. The funny thing is that many of these YouTubers will try to act oblivious by saying, “It’s just their opinion,” so they can wash their hands of any responsibility. Even when they get called out for spreading misinformation, they STILL act like they’ve done nothing wrong. It’s fine to have differing opinions, but some of these content creators are making hitpieces on these games and companies and lowkey praying for their downfall because it means more user engagement for them.

I guarantee you, in a year or two, people are gonna act like Starfield “is a good game, actually” and try to act like they weren’t dunking on it a few years back. This has happened with F76, Cyberpunk 2077, and even older games such as Fallout: New Vegas. What I’ve learned over the years is that some folks tend to be full of shit and lack the introspection to self-reflect on their actions. Some people just aren’t self-aware and mature enough to acknowledge how they feel and their biases. This doesn’t just apply to games, this also applies to life. 🤷‍♂

Personally I enjoy Starfield but I am also frustrated by what I perceive is a lot of missed potential. There are so many different scenarios I encounter in the game where I think to myself, I wish the game had such-and-such feature which would make it more immersive. The lack of depth makes the game seem kind of shallow, though I still consider it a good game overall.

Well you can review a game quickly, if it really doesn’t work, I’m sure we all know of a few.

I just love this game. And I’ve loved it for the 400+ hours I’ve played it. I continue to look forward to interesting new mods, and I continue to look forward to any new content coming down the pipe from BSG. Keep it coming folks. I believe the “lovers” of this game are the silent majority.

I thought it was a good game, i just burnt my self out trying to ng+ it 10 times did 9 times and all towers then on 10th playthrough i found the starborn merchant grabbed my fav weapon and put my remote down 😅 i will return one day but for now im enjoying playing other things.

Secondly, Starfield is not for young folks. I’ve been playing videogames since the mid 80s. Seen every console come and go. Starfield is for us older and mature 80s/90s teens who enjoy single player ADVENTURES. My generation didn’t care about graphics or other nonsense.

Do you have a mod? I got a mod with a ton of high level (over 1,000 Dmg etc)weapons and there’s a sword available called Sista Citizen Sword or blade I think. I’m about to hop on in a minute so I’ll see what it’s called.

Just to correct you on something. BGS does work on two games at once. Anytime they have one game in full production, they usually also have one in pre-production. So, when Starfield entered into full production, they had TESVI go into pre-production. But yes, since Starfield was released, TESVI went into full production, and Fallout 5 in pre-production.

Now in terms of Starfield pulling away from TESVI production, that’s unlikely simply because they expanded their team by quite a lot. As you pointed out previously, they made games with just 100 devs. So, ya, any concern about Starfield pulling resources away from TESVI is unfounded nonsense. People really just love to stir up the drama when it comes to BGS games. Starfield has just gotten the worst of it.

I’m glad you enjoy Starfield but the game is lacking life, quests and good dialogue. I think you are outnumbered unfortunately when it comes to opinions. I have over 300 hours into the game and I can honestly say, it’s nothing compared to their other games. Such as Skyrim, Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Morrowind. I think its a decent Sci-Fi game but it’s not great. The fact that mods are doing more work to fix the game is rediculous and Bethesda should be doing the work that needs fixing. Granted, they added a freakin spacecar that’s wonky asf. The skillline, the weapons, and not to mention the planets… Are extremely boring. I respect your opinion on Starfield but don’t call people stupid when they cleary made valid points and facts.

Bethesda has not COMPLETED a game. They release a buggy mess, refuse to fix the game breaking bugs, wait for gamers to release mods that fix most of the bugs for them.
Bethesda has become increasingly lazy, refuse to listen to fans, then attack people for not appreciating their lack of effort to fix game breaking bugs.
But hey, they’ll fix any and all bugs that make the players life easier. This type of lack of dedication to ensuring they have quality products for their consumers is a slap in the face.

THANK YOU!!!!! Starfield is really a good game. Sure like ALL games it has it’s problems, but some many of the so called problems were thing Bethesda said were in the game in the first place.
Like you said the so called content creators are only looking for clicks. They know trash talk gets more clicks that = $$$$$. There are some big content creators I use to follow before Starfield that I stopped following because one day they loved it and the next they hated it. Only because they saw the hate train and they didn’t have the balls to say they liked it.

Like you said I have over 2800 hours in this game and there is content I haven’t even found yet. 40 hours in this game is just a little drop in the bucket.

I liked Starfield. I bought a physical copy, etc. My criticism? I feel like the game should have been better. More hand crafted zones, fewer barren planets. This is someone who played NV, Fallout 3/4. Still playing Fallout 4. Still playing Skyrim. Yeah, it could have been better, that’s all.

To be fair, I’m not too sure that the Bethesda today does understand work flow etc. This is not me guessing but rather listening to ex Beth devs like Will Shen.

I don’t even care about TES6 at this point! I would rather that Starfield be improved and lured me back. I loved the shipbuilding, that could be a game in itself but the flight could have been more like in No Man’s Sky, the hell with the flight cut scenes and animations. I want to fly to Jemison with the risk of crashing into the town, lol the videos would be hysterical

Given the chance with a time machine, improvements I would make: flight similar to No Man’s Sky, The colony Wars and mechs first and playable, and the Starborn storyline after the year’s worth of bug fixes- and vehicles on day one. And modding made easier. I really focused hard on the best of it, and I did enjoy that, but what could have been better but was not disappointed me. If I did not care I would not have spent 855 hours on it. I want better for it and I still do. I can imagine ultimately a game with the best of both emerging.

I caught on like a year ago to the fact that most of the hate content is click bait for channel growth, but the amount of times now I’ve downloaded a mod that MASSIVELY improved my gameplay, or stopped at a vista that just took my breath away (this alone, how many AWESOME, wallpaper worthy pictures have you taken with photo mode??) and it just made me think – how can anyone not think this game is the greatest game of all time? What is sad is that this has to be said. I work in tech, it is obvious that the staff working on starfield now is a fraction of the preproduction teams size. Basically, it is likely a handful of teams working it now.

What is really sad are all the smaller channels that just copy pasta from bigger channels without even playing the games or only playing the game for a short time, putting together videos that echo a hodgepodge of clickbait issues about the game just to follow the trend. When a ‘new’ video lists out game issues that are no longer even present, proven they copied from older videos, or even NEVER existed is just lazy.

Couldn’t have said it better. Starfield isn’t revolutionary but it is a dream come true for someone who’s always wanted to explore distant star systems and planets and actually explore these planets.

Ok so I listened to 1 minute 32 seconds and bs your talking about, so let me lay it out for you. I pre-ordered starfield and it had 30 game breaking bug’s plus 700 regular bug’s which have been fixed and mod support, starfield is getting better and better. Bethesda needs to continue working on starfield to getting use to getting games done right, because Bethesda has been putting out some serious broken a** games for years and getting sued for it. And we the fans don’t Bethesda to F up Elder scrolls 6, so slow your roll girl!!!

People often miss how support teams work, how SP games get longtail content, and judge so much based on steam concurrents for Xbox games of all things. Not to mention Starfield is great, a lot of what people dislike is unique to it and the best parts will carry over to a new game, really it should get people even more hyped for ES6.

Dropping my 2 cents into the hat here. I think the largest disconnect is people don’t understand the Bethesda business model. Bethesda’s idea of a finished game is vastly different to a vast majority that expect it to be like all other games. They aren’t. To Bethesda, it’s a completely different goal. It’s not a game to buy, play once maybe twice, and put on your shelf to collect dust till you move and box it up. Listen to what they focus on, what drives them, what they say about the modding community itself. It is solely intended for mod creators and mod users. It is a foundation to build upon, they even provide the tools to do so. What other game studio does this? Most game studios I see HATE modders and the community and are working hard to end it all while Bethesda is embracing it. Also, people lack vision. Vampire parrots just swoop in and rustle feathers and squawk uncontrollably and crap all over the place then as they fly away you can hear them repeating phrases they never heard till 6 months ago – ” Copiummmmmm” fading away in the distance.

The same YouTubers who are making these videos are the people who have disparaged every game that has released in the past five years and still exclusively play games that are 10+ years old. People who enjoy gaming shouldn’t be listening to them anyway. It’s been over 13 years since Skyrim released. The time for Bethesda to amend their work and game schedule to prioritize ES6 has come and gone ten times already. Bethesda has quadruple-downed on taking their time with ES6 – why would they start rushing the game all the sudden? We still need the Starborn DLC and more quests for Trackers at the least and I’m confident it’s all coming.

I for one am a big fan of Starfield. And as much as I love ElderScrolls, BGS hasn’t made a lot of good decisions.  Now this can’t be just BGSs fault either. The consumer doesn’t have much patience. Is it any wonder why BGS has been relatively quiet?  Releasing a few small projects underneath the radar. Rushing things will only hurt the game.  I’m looking at you, Skyrim.  ES6 might just be a decent product, time permitting. though I’m not holding my breath. From what I’ve seen,  still looking at a 2027 release.

Honestly Sista you describe a problem that almost every game in the last decade has had with content creators. That’s why I make it general rule of mine to take everything they say with a huge amount of salt.

These bunch of whiners do not have any real world experience or clue of what they are talking about, they are not aware of how production works, my only advice for them is .. Look for a job in production or distribution in film or television or gaming industry, you will understand how it works.

Starfield *is* a loss, and frankly it gives me great concern for the future of Elder Scrolls VI. If it’s going to be more of this, it will absolutely bomb. Not only is the randomly generated content horrible, it’s also such a woke pile of virtue signaling nonsense that they instantly alienated at least 50% of their playerbase. I bought Starfield. I played it, and not just for a few minutes. I completely understand why there is much concern for the quality of Elder Scrolls VI, and I agree.

gamers are a mixed breed, you can never tell how someone will
take to a game. i think the problem with some people, is following
the trend of bad negativity towards a game. you’re right about
Youtubers, specifically the channels that have a negative influence.
i don’t bother with channels like that, but that’s what they live
off of. they thrive in environments that attract negativity.
i also think some of these channels get way too deep into
political territory, i play games to get away from stuff like that.
i enjoy Starfield for what it is, but i can admit it’s not one
of those games you can judge in one hour of play.
And that may be why some quit or gave up, but for people
thinking ES6 will be anything like Starfield, they’re in for
a big surprise when it disproves their worrying and hate wrong.
And while we’re on the subject, Elder Scrolls 6 has been in
development for 5 years, but people don’t understand how that
works. well it’s not for the regular person to understand,
all you need to know, is that ES6 got started early back in 2019 by
Todd getting a small group going, so we’re talking like
a small team that’s been working on a engine for the game.
Starfield got started a few years prior,
they got the ball going early right in 2017,
a year after Fallout 4. so when Bethesda announced the
Elder Scrolls 6 in 2018, that means the game is now just
beginning it’s early stages of development.
but because they were also hard at work on Starfield, they wanted
to make sure that team was separate from the Elder Scrolls 6
team. So the Elder Scrolls 6 will not be anything like Starfield, it’ll be like
Skyrim, a medieval world but just newer and new location.

Why make this video isn’t Starfield irrelevant now? No one is lying about Starfield.. it’s got a lot of issues, and worrying about ES6 is completely valid after being letdown by Starfield. I think Starfield is getting 1 last expansion like Todd said then they dropping it, it’s just not financially viable to keep putting resources into a sinking ship, regardless of ES6. Now maybe I’ll be proven wrong and 1 and 1/2 years later they’ll finally drop the no man sky level patch, but I doubt it.

Hey Sista and fellow Captains. Haven’t been around much, real life and stuff. As to the whole ES6, I don’t care about ES6 I’m not gonna ever play it. I might play the Oblivion remake or the Skyblivion but that’s because it was my first BGS game and it has Spellcrafting. 🙂 But in truth, I’m not a big fantasy guy so I’m gonna stick with Starfield if I’m gonna play any BGS game because I’m a hard core science-fiction nerd. Starfield is way more my jam than anything in Elder Scrolls can ever hope to be. I want ray guns and spaceships in my power fantasies. 😀

It’s ironic you went of on “fakery & lies”, while that has been Bethesda’s golden standard for decades. Me and zillions with me, were already worried about ES VI when Bethesda released Wolfenstein Youngblood & Fall Out 76; and a lot even before those releases. So it’s hardly anything new, but then again. Of all the fandoms in gaming, you Bethesda cultist suffer from a very special kind of cognitive dissonance when it’s about Bethesda and it’s turd Howard. Considering it highly likely the dev team of ES VI, is of the same ideological and talentless level the SF devs were; there is no chance in hell ES VI will be good. And yeah, SF is pretty much comatose at this point, it would be a miracle if you guys got any substantial new content for SF.

Bethesda just like every other established studio/publisher has some serious soul searching to do. Are they going to serve their real customers and step up their game, or will they continue to hire talentless hags. And continue to chase that fictitious modern audience. Either way the time Bethesda got the benefit of the doubt, and their bugs being considered acceptable/charming has been over for quite some time. If they are smart they would drop what ever they were working on for SF, and hire some real devs to try to salvage what ever is still salvable of ES VI.

The problem with Bethesda games is that mods don’t enhance the games – they fix them. Modding shouldn’t be their get out of jail free card. But I don’t really care – Beth games haven’t interested me the last 15 years. Don’t even understand why I got this recommended.

People who hate on Starfield are the equivalent of a kid in kindergarten who sees you playing with a toy and doesn’t understand why you’re having so much fun so they try to break the toy or take it from you or make fun of you for playing with it because they don’t like the way they feel watching you have so much fun.

It makes them wonder why they can’t have fun with the same toy so they go to prove that something wrong with you and not them.

Yes, you’re right. In software development there are generally lead development teams and then once released a “sustaining” team takes over for patches, etc. It drives me nuts to see kids whose expertise amounts to playing XBox live trying to explain what they know about dev cycles and product management.

Good point about reviews too. I’ve put 200 hours into Starfield since about Jan 1 and have barely scraped the surface in the story. I’ve only encountered one Starborn in space so far. It’s a world to live in, not just a story to grind through. No one who reviewed the story in week one could have played the game “correctly.”

Basically, there’s a bloodlust for any established game studio, and any game they release is doomed before anyone can see it. Bethesda, Ubisoft, Bioware, EA. The only one that can get away with lousy first day releases, dreary environments and tedious gameplay is From Software (there’s an aura around craptastic Japanese studios for some reason).

Starfield wasn’t bad so much as empty. What I mean by that is the fact that it echoed realism in the way that most planets are barren and the POIs in the game reflected the remnants of lost or thriving colonies on those planets. It’s realism was its biggest problem but for people like me who like the realistic aspect of it, the game was actually quite remarkable. It greatly echoes firefly and the expanse in many ways and that is what pulled me in. In spite of the pronoun bit, it’s actually one if my favorite games and with mods its even better. That’s just my opinion.

I’m not going to argue with anyone’s point of view, but as my own, when I first found out the next game Bethesda was working on was a space game and not ES6, I was saying NOOOOOO. but, I see Starfield as a way to explore the capabilities of the Creation Engine 2 to experiment and make future releases incredible. It has amazing resolution scaling that is far superior to the UE5. The drawback is the amount of ram needed for open world generation – hence – loading screens. I would prefer the open world without loading screens, procedural generation and more immersive fast travel, or less fast travel.. I’m also unsure why Nirn wouldn’t be a featured planet.. why wouldn’t earth be more Falloutish?? give us mutants.. rant rant rant

Fallout 76 didn’t exactly have an amazing reception and they didn’t abandon it (even though they could have and it actually had real problems compared to Starfield). Why would they give up on Starfield? Pretty sure Starfield has sold the most from any Bethesda game. I mean the hype was real. If Bethesda listened to player feedback (constructive feedback) and dropped a major update to address those criticisms (as they have always done), Starfield won’t have the mixed reception it currently has.

This rant is truly accurate (True Talk). Anything Microsoft does will be scrutinized to the highest level. This hatred of Microsoft has been in effect since the creation of Windows back in the day. If Starfield had been released on the PlayStation along with the Xbox the consensus would have been positive and the meta scores would have been in the low or high 90s. I enjoy playing Starfield at my leisure and have enjoyed it to the fullest. I admit, the mods had made a big difference in my continuing to play this game. I’ve never used mods until I started playing Starfield. I admit some of the mods should not have been necessary, I blame Bethesda for that alone. However, the moding community helped with the longevity of this IP. Great video!

after 50 hours of gameplay i wanted to return the product with steam. and no longer think about downloading it to play and if i do i play for 20 min and not enjoy it ill switch to an older game (pre-unreal 4) and find actual fun. its the same as retail wow, and classic wow. classic wow a superior product without modern tropes. as far as starfield goes is the simplemans or babys first space game. i guess i expected Starfield to over shadow Elite Dangerous.

It seems to me that a lot of those content creators are focused on the number of players on steam (and therefore using a pc). They ignore that the vast majority of people playing games through steam simply don’t have the pc hardware to run Starfield. Just a quick glance at the hardware survey results let you know that. Of course you have more people playing Skyrim than Starfield on steam. You can play modded Skyrim on a 10 year old laptop, and it doesn’t even have to be a high end one from 10 years ago. They are totally ignoring the xbox player base which is the vast majority of the people playing Starfield.

I am fortunate enough to have a powerful enough pc to play Starfield that way, but I know I am in the minority as far as pc gamers go.

I don’t think I can ever return to the limited world of Elder Scrolls after Starfield, and I have played it since Daggerfall. It’s just one planet, and I’m used to a universe of 1,000 worlds. I’s prefer that they cancelled Elder Scrolls VI to focus on Starfield, but of course the development of one game has nothing to do with the other.
Perhaps some YouTubers think development of two games at the same time exceeds the financial capabilities of Bethesda. But this would only be the case, if Starfield would have been a loss, which it wasn’t. Maybe the profits were not as they hoped for, but it’s still making a profit. So profits from Starfield would only help to accelerate Elder Scrolls VI, because this game is not generating money before its release. Starfield has been released, so it is no financial burden anymore. Bethesda is just cashing in what they invested during production.
That this is true can easily be seen in another gane: Fallout 76. It was no financial success at release either, but the money BSG invested will not be recovered by cancelling the game. They continued support, because it will still generate more profit than the support costs them. What they invested in development doesn’t factor in the equation, because it has already been spent. It’s history. A company has to look forward, not lament wrong decisions of the past. It’s financially better to continue support for Fallout 76, and get some profit, even if the total numbers of the project are negative. Continued support will cushion the losses. It’s similar to Starfield. It would make no sense to throw away any future profits just because they think that past investments could have spent better. This is not how business works. All that matters is the profits that you make from this point on, not the losses of the past. Bethesda will continue support for Starfield as long as money is coming in.

Say it on the OWLTEC throne sista! Starfield is not dead they will put great content out when it is time! The mod authors have done a great job and it is a new game every play through. I feel like the biggest issue is that SO MUCH of YouTube and reddit and wherever is just people’s inability to be anything but negative. On YouTube, rancor and hate sells clicks so it’s probably gonna get way more traction to post videos about “what is wrong with the game,” or “why Shattered Space sucked and what it means for Elder Scrolls 6,” blah blah blah. Hell, I haven’t even played Starfield through to NG+ and I just enjoy playing it like I played Skyrim, which is that I play a character with whatever lore idea I have in mind and I just wander around doing radiant quests, do some side quest content, maybe a little main game stuff. I get bored eventually and start over with a new character – new play style, new combat, whatever. Yeah, maybe it would be nice to have more companions in Starfield – like more than the 4 you get – like more like Fallout 4 where there’s like 12+ companions with side quest content. Or people saying “more romances.” Well, that would be nice but romances have always been a little weak in Bethesda games anyway. I don’t really play Bethesda for the romance. It’d be nice if I could, but if I want good romance, I’ll go play BG3, or Dragon Age Inquisition.

Western games now, have this love/hate relationship. Especially, on the first year of release. Prime example is No Man’s Sky. which sucked in the first two and half years. It was unplayable. You can see all the hate the game got on release and the year that followed but look at it now. This also applies to Cyber Punk, Fallout 76, Red Dead 2, even Skyrim! Yes, Skyrim got a lot of hate on release. people thought it was the dumb-down version of the Elder Scrolls. But after updates and many DLC later look at the fan base for that game now. My point is people need to relax and enjoy the game as it is and watch your game change and improve as they put more content. (Cough, No Man’s Sky.) and update the game.

This is not a regular game. Absolutely correct. The fastest I have gotten to 2800 hours.. faster than my job.

What boggles me is how people have gotten their characters to level 1,000 or 542. How have they played with no issues and gotten their character so far!? I’ve had to restart my character/game so many times, jump through NG+ so many times, uninstall and reinstall the game many times. Which I know is partly due to my lack of knowledge on how to maneuver through the issues. The highest level I’ve gotten a character is 72, and that’s usually by using Darkstar Mailstrom Trainee and jump through NG+. I still haven’t even gotten to play Shattered Space yet. I will agree, all the negative talk on starfield kilt my game buzz for sure, but I’m still determined and obsessed with the game. 😪😵‍💫🤣

I think u are incorrect sis. They work on multiple games at same time. They are working in SF dlc AND elder scrolls and fallout 5 right now… RIGHT NOW. Fallout 5 and Elder Scrolls at the same time. right NOW.

My favorite criticism of Bethesda is that the Creation Engine is behind the times. There is literally no other game developer making games with so many separately interactive assets. Every sandwich can be lifted, moved, flipped on its side and left on the floor somewhere, and the game will retain its location forever. Now, a fair criticism would be to say, “I don’t care about that; focus on no load screens.” That is a matter of personal preference, but to say the Creation Engine is obsolete tech when nobody else can do what it can do is ridiculous.

My second favorite criticism is, “Oh no, I can’t run around a planet and completely circumnavigate it like Magellan; I can do that in No Man’s Sky.” No Man’s Sky’s little tic-tac planets can be circumnavigated, but Starfield’s are realistically sized. So, instead, you have to take off and land, which is exactly how you would do it if you were operating one of these ships in reality. I’ve played this game for a couple thousand hours and have hit an invisible wall maybe twice. Who is trying to run all the way around a planet?

There are valid criticisms, such as the game needing more POIs in regular rotation, but the attempts to make Bethesda seem behind the times are absurd.

Starfield is a great game. A lot of the criticism is just nonsense and blatantly untrue. I have a feeling that at some point, perceptions of Starfield in ‘the mainstream’ of gaming will change and be more favourable and fair. All of us in the Starfield community are familiar with the now frequent posts from people who tried the game and were shocked because despite what they had been told, they actually loved it. Being a fan of Starfield at this point is like knowing a secret or being part of a small and exclusive club; we know how good the game actually is while the majority of gamers are still ignorant of this fact. And to be honest, I’m okay with that. Starfield not getting the recognition it deserves doesn’t impact my enjoyment and appreciation of the game. But also, it’s important to say that Starfield has flaws and isn’t for everyone. The game is methodical and slow paced. It deals with grandiose ideas that are not easily understandable or digestible. The sheer scale of Starfield can be intimidating.

A game doesn’t become better only by throwing more workforce at it. Those 500 people are splitted into different kind of jobs. If programmers work on the code you can’t just throw 50 3d artists at the team and hope it would speed up the game development. And the people’s skills are also on a different level. You take the best to create the core of a new game, the skeleton, and less experienced people you put into improving and expanding already existing titles to improve their skills and support your games. And the bigger a team gets working on one game the less efficient it becomes. The threshold is between 120 and 150 people… because that’s how our brains work. We are primates, we are hairless monkeys (no racism, I mean all humans including myself)… we are made to live in groups of 120-150 people by nature, by evolution… everything above needs high levels of abstraction. We can do it… that’s how we built big cities, nations, civilizations, but it’s actually not as direct and efficient as working in a group of mentioned size. There are a lot of studies about this issues because it affects structures of companies, administration, military and society as a whole. Bethesda’s games aren’t call of duty games, where you can put a team of specialists to work on one thing only without having a complete understanding of the entire product and no attachment to it.

I’m with Starfield since day one, i have 1149 hours sinked in and it’s a lie that there is nothing to do in game. I was also following development of the game for 2 years before it came out and since day one i haven’t had any game breaking bugs, maybe few that are so small i barely noticed them. What i wish is for devs to leasten to us who play the game actually and expand on the lore if possible and story. Before Starfield i haven’t played a single Bethesda game because i didn’t care about non-sci-fy games as much and especially because i don’t like fantasy games in first person but in third person only. This game even have both FPS and 3’rd person game on a go option. Mod support is also great and even if there were no mods i would still play the game by default, i mean i started playing with mods after 3 months only how much i like the game. Also there is something that needs to be said and that is that this game is not Space Sim like Elite Dangerous, this is SPACE RPG, you get it numbnuts, SPACE RPG which means quests, having companion’s, in game space is always expending on it’s own btw etc. This game i repeat numbnuts has nothing to do with SPACE SIM like ELITE DANGEROUS!!!
