The chest hasn’t spawned for me
Not every one is keen on bldg ships captains. Let’s be inclusive and not talk shit. People are trying to find ways to enjoy Starfield and are exploring creation kit. They even priced it accordingly.
In the description they explain that it also adds unobtainable clothing items, which is why there was a screenshot of the dress and eyepatch.
This mod is crap it won’t work on my Xbox series x don’t download it.
Paid mods isn’t the worst thing about creation club , it’s the lack of a comment section . On Nexus if there’s a problem you can read the comments and likely find the answer . Or even get a reply from the person who made the mod . I have I think two paid mods . And only because I got $10 credit by buying the premium edition . I think I still have 300 credits that I have no idea what I’m going to do with .
Wtf how did get past QC ? It’s broken lol!! Keep up the vids good work.
Stupid question but doesn’t bethesds have to approve the paid creations?
I want the achievement friendly eyepatch. Is it worth a dollar? Maybe? Btw Elianora has added a Ship to her crimson fleet habs paid mod. I have been a big fan of her work for more than a decade. Just sayin
I built my own YT series ship that has most of the key features (minus the visible dockers on each side) that fits as 24m long from center and 20m wide from center. I built it in two variations, a non-merge version, and a flip merge version. Both have upper and lower cannon placements.
It does require the Falkland Systems mod for the lower cannon, the cockpit, and 2 other pieces of trim. Otherwise they’re vanilla buildable.
I built my own Millennium Falcon that looks better than that.
I did buy this one, for Xbox. It’s not bad, and as you mentioned, it seems to be a “starter” setup. But my issue with it is that not many will have their security skill high enough to unlock the chest below level 10. It’s a very simple version of someone’s iteration of the falcon, and I agree could be much better. And no, I had no issues with the ship spawning.
I’m sometimes looking for a better ship at the start of a new game when I have no skills, but since you have to run around for this one and it’s stats are very frontier-ish anyway, I’ll just wait till I can rehome a ship. It also doesn’t work so even if it was good, what’s the sense, since it’s broken. Thanks for the review
The only way this mod makes sense to me is if the MA made a mod for themselves and wanted it to be achievement friendly and unfortunately the only way to do this today (Thanks BGS) is to pay a buck. If they did it to make money I’m thinking that it’s probably not gonna be the big hit that they were hoping for…lol…
This ship looks eerily similar to the Millennium Falcon build guide on YouTube. Yikes. For those wanting the ship primarily, get the Iconic Ships mod. Includes a better version and even the Enterprise, and is free.
Have you visited the ship vendor at Red Mile on this save (before installing this mod)? The irony of not wanting to review paid ship mods is that you actually know quite a bit about how ships are put together, when they rely merges/flips and are unsafe to take apart, what pieces are used etc (stuff that could help the type of people tempted to buy pre-built ship mods).
These mods are for non-ship builders, which is all good, but not for $1 even. Totally agreed. I’ve built the Falcon as well. Better too, IMO. I really think ships should be free, but ship parts should be paid for depending on what you get. Also this ship has advantages over mine by being achievement friendly. Thanks for shout crimson. Appreciate you.
I agree with you. If you don’t like to build ship you can get something like Hong;s advanced ship pack that has 14 ships. In fact Hong has a few ship packs. There are a lot free mods out there that will put ships in the game. In fact there is a mod Anonymous ship pack which has one of your ships in it that is free. So yeah if your going to pay for a ship it really needs to be really good. Something like the OwlTech Nautilus. It really needs to be worth the $.
I like building ship myself and I even made some changes to the Nautilus but that’s just me. But anyway I agree with you 100%.
Coffee time. Nah, don’t think so. Thanks for the video, great review.
In some ways I find giving the OP legendary weapon and armour to a starting character without a quest more upsetting than the paid ship aspect (although I won’t be buying it).
Definitely a pass. Thanks Crimson for the warming.
I am not usually mean to 100cc mods. But this one is really not good. It is like I buy a cola but only get a cup of water.
If you are selling a prebuilt ship it had better be a high end ship
This one is definitely not worth it
Look into a mod called “Skeleton Key”. Lets you have a button called bypass where you can click any door and it will hack or open it. Immersive and useful.
I CAN BUILD MY OWN BETTER SHIP FOR YOU THEN THIS AND CRAFT WEAPONS THANK YOU SOOO….PASS
Definitely a scam.
If people don’t like building ships then it’s all good imo, if’s only in-game assets then 100 credits max. I would advise giving ship building a try but skip place doors yourself because of the time it takes. I have dope ships for free a couple of hours max each build
