To set up an offline raid alarm, you can run power into a seismic sensor, then the power out directly into a smart alarm that you then pair with the Rust+ mobile app. BUT, that will cause the seismic sensor to trigger the smart alarm from basically any explosion. Instead, if you run the power out into a branch, set the branch power to 1 or 2, and then the power out to the smart alarm, it will only trigger for higher tier explosives. It’s best for you to look up a list of the power outputs by explosive device, but for reference a branch set to 1 power will trigger the alarm for explo, satchels, c4, and rockets (& some others I think.) But without a branch, even a grenade will trigger the alarm.
