downthrust and double jump are so underrated, only sekiro fans understand. Not only is it a evasive parry that buffs your sword, it can also parry attacks. And it can be unlocked at the start of the game.
You kinda get all those abilities by like lv 15 so whats early 😂
This all the starting magic that you pretty much have to buy because nothing else is opened. These are the standard moves everyone is going to have pretty much near the beginning and there is nothing challenging by that time to call it a tip.
And you have more than enough money and crafting materials to just make the items directly.
There is nothing else to buy in the game and you always have the materials you need from the bosses you defeat to make the chapters strongest weapons.

I am fairly certain that magic bursts actually make you do less raw damage, you can easily test this out during a stagger phase, spamming the sword attack is better than weaving in magic. However, I think it does more stagger damage
I unlock all the those abilities during the demo now that i have the full game their very VERY useful especially the dodge ability 🎉
