To all of the “takes forever farming whispers” people:

Bank whispers on main as you get them. Occasional blood maidens, world boss kills, NMD that are also whispers, etc. When you get 30 banked, start an alt and open. The gear will all be level 60 stuff, Mostly fodder for blacksmith to unlock aspects faster.
