Yea i’m on that boat, where I have finished gearing my druid have done 115 with crows and I finished cataclysm build for heltides and inferno’s super chill, now working on spiritborn just using any scrolls I get now to roll chaos armor on my spiritborn, since without the gear spiritborn def feels bad. With that said there were def a few chaos pieces on druid that took me forever to get to take me to that next level, for example some fist of fate pants with a GA on the lucky chance lol that was a hugeeee boost amongst a few other pieces, oh banished lord boots was nice also

Ive done about 1k boss kills, 500 nightmares, 100 infernal hordes, and haven’t found not one mythic as a drop.

I’m SB evade. Hit a gear-wall between T3 – T4, grinded through it and now a monster speed farmer. BUT, 2 pages of Chaos Armor and not 1 Kep or Sep!! Room to grow I guess.

Have same experience bro. Started with SB evade. Decent but nowhere near as easy and fun as Druid. I’ll get back to SB once i get more mythics and other better gear.

Great perspective. That is alexactly how I feel about the hype every single time.
I am on the sorc and the road from 1 to 60 was slow. Then, until I got esadora and stormhorn plus Mana shield I was stuck in T1. Now with ALL chaos uniques and NO mythics, NO tripple masterwork and almost no proper greater affixes I am doing pit 95 with 2 minutes left, melt all content and bosses with 200B damage. Still no perma tele as it requires Shako and multiple 3crits or/and flickerstep etc. love perma tele though. Rocked it last season with pride.

I already have this build for spirit born, even not perfectly optimised I can run pit 115s easily, whereas my necro has plateaued at around 105

What I love about this season is that every class can easily hit t4 in 10-15 hours from level 1 this season

wouldn’t say terrible, just takes longer to optimize compared to other classes.
Beyond that cringe evade build it’s true spiritborn needs a lot of chaos armors to be op, but once you get them all it’s a powerhouse. Also, no mythics are needed

I’m really surprised they didn’t nerf advanced techniques or mana shield after the PTR. I’m basically immortal this season. I’m no giga chad and I have zero deaths this season. Crazy.

I hate Evade type builds, dashing the whole is not funny for me. I’m working on a Crushing Hand build, and thinking in trying Druid tho.

I play fun builds with either Barb or Necro or both. I am loving shadowblight again and currently leveling lounging strike. If I go deep into pits, great but I would rather handily beat up bosses.

So….I hate needing exact gear. So…time for Druid?

A correction, in Rake build you dont need maximum resources to overpower, you do with the combination of Kepeleke and unstable power, and you dont need the perfect hits on master work this build is a menance when you assemble all the itens even without the glyphs.

Are you comparing moving back and forth to step and cast as 1 step dance is better? I had absolutely zero issues with spiritborn getting into t4 and farming with zero glyphs in until 190 paragon. Ran infernal hordes enough to gear myself out, found mythical off of rifts .. yeah maybe I was lucky, but it was zero to hero without issues and I dint have the rake build right now still clearing pit 110 with evade. I think it’s niche if you don’t find gear from just playing

Back off! Is a heavily slept on Chaos Perk. For all my Spiritborn enjoyers you can easily push in T2 with Zero GA items with evade builds and if you want to crack that T2 wall into T3-T4 with ease all you need is Wushe Nak Pa and Loyalties Mantle which you can easily farm in Nightmare dungeons,infernal hordes, or from lord zir and Grigoire. The storm feather potency increases you get from Wushe and Loyalties is tremendous, not to mention you can temper storm feathers potency on rings and amulet too. , Zero chaos uniques required. back off! Indicates its proc is on cast but it works with thunderspike evade storm feathers and can potentially be a x200 multiplier once max out. Spiritborn is eating good For casuals and blasters.

What about necro ? That new shadowblight build when you spam 1 skill is kinda like Druid, right ?

After my druid was 60 pretty much skipped t1 and 2 and started on 3 with shred i was doing 50mil crits with regular gear no master work

I’m playing Evade on spiritborn and been having fun.
I did learn from past seasons to just focus on 1 class instead of trying a bunch and gearing them all instead of perfecting that 1 char.
Doing pit 100’s slower then others, but still managed to fully solo level my glyphs to 100.

started out as Spiritborn and i agree with what you said. I had difficulty getting to T4. The struggle was to get the right chaos items being on T1-T2 because they drop like crazy mainly on T3-T4 but you have to get there first somehow

I’m running Payback Thorns Gorilla and it’s a solid build but the gearing is really rough vs other classes.

Beast Cornered is still bugged so survivability of the class isn’t ideal. If Blizzard patches it which I think they know it’s a problem it could change it more. I’m at Pit 80, but I’m considering making a second class while waiting to see what they do for the Chaos Power

I completely agree. I’ve been playing spritborn and I’ve hit the wall once already and now I’m on the second one looking for the proper chaotic uniques. I’ve been lucky enough to already have a chaotic kepeleke and a chaotic sepazontec, but getting the two missing ones in the correct slots is going to be tough. Meanwhile my brother is playing druid and is flying through the content.

I’ve got to about pit 70 on spirit born, I’ve hit the wall, i’ve got the best possible masterworks, insanely lucky star ring, good everything else, I now need chaos uniques that are completely random, and I need them on the correct slot so I’ma just make a druid lol

Just wait until they fix the chaos gear dolmen stone bug and I can wear a different amulet!! Bouldercane will go crazy, trust me

Tried the Spirit Born yesterday and indeed it sucks compared to the supersayian we were getting last season. I think im gonna check out the necro next, though Lightning Sorc definitely going to be my main.

It feels in a way like ARPGs get worse the closer to the end you get…. it becomes a case of just running across the screen and things die….whereas while you’re levelling, you enjoy getting individual spells and gear, you run, evade, crowd control, summon, DoTs, heal, do cool little combos etc… but the goal of the game is to become more and more hyper-focussed to the extent that you slice through the screen….so the next ‘game’ is just to try and slice through the screen faster and faster, which means doing less and less.

It’s so weird… yet I come back, every season, as well as PoE2, Last Epoch, while playing Diablo 2 and Grim Dawn, while playing the early access Titan Quest… it’s truly insanity.

P4wnyhof work ethic is amazing! I guess it’s time to roll a druid and open those whisper caches to get to 60 and give this a try.

The game SHOULD be hard, every class SHOULD be having trouble going through the torment difficulties. The druid just walking around doing nothing and beating torment 4 and pits should not be happening. The spiritborn like all classes SHOULD be having difficulty getting gear. It’s a gear based game and if it’s easy to get gear then the game is easy and thus boring fast. MAKE THE GAME HARDER!
