Never beat Lilith, don’t even know what uber bosses are, never had a build remotely close to something like this, I really wish I knew more about the game but it’s still so fucking fun for a casual like me

how are people getting the evade tp to proc that fast so consistently? I literally have near perfect gear and my guy still stuttering between tp evade…like, I thought you just needed 1.5 sec cd on evade and 155%+ att spd but I’m sitting at 1.4 cd on evade and 175% att speed and shit is still stuttering between casting tp/ball lightning, sometimes it’ll just randomly start working super smooth and be teleporting like crazy but 90% of the time there some weird half a second delay between being able to tp again
