Starfield is the only bethesda game that i couldn’t get into. Without good exploration the bad writing, shitty worldbuilding and outdated game design is all that’s left.

When the game tells you that “fast travel is currently unavailable at this location” at every location you know you’re cooked.

Mine wasnt as serious but i ran into the bug in base building where it would glitch and not transport your materials from one planet to another. But before i realized it was a bug i spent like 7 hours building new bases on different planets and getting materials trying to see if it would work there. After i figured it out i quit. Lol so much wasted time

Bethesda games fell off with Skyrim…Skyrim only became better than Ovlivion “after mods”. And fallout 4 only because better than Fallout 3 because of “settlement” gimicks. Oblivion and Fallout 3 have way better quests/story line

To be fair though, 60% through would be like 30-40 hours of time put into the game. Anyone would be upset if you had to restart 30-40 hours of progress now matter what you are doing.

Never take advice from random people on the internet. I encountered the same bug but did not have to start over. I just quit playing. I realized how dreadfully boring the game was when the most exciting part of the whole Starfield experience was uninstalling it to make room for Shadow of the Erdtree.

This is why I stopped playing that game. I have a bug where whenever I land my ship and exit it, it spawns me 1000ft in the air, in the very very bottom right corner of the map. It’s extremely annoying and inconvenient

I lost my starfield save around 80% completion. Suddenly all saves were corrupted out of the blue.
