Bethesda got cocky. They thought Skyrim was a hit because of the game they made. But Skyrim was special because they released the Construction Kit. Modders gave that game the lifespan it had and then Bethesda turned around and tried to take control of the modding scene. Which would have been cool if all they did was allow people to create and download mods on consoles like they can on PC. But they got greedy.

The outer worlds is probably the only game that makes Starfield looks good in comparison. Even fallout 76 is better than the outer worlds.

I never agreed with the people saying that Outer Worlds is bad. It was just an example for overhyping to a point where people expected something different and then got mad that the game did not meet the expectations.
With less hype, the game would have been called an alternative to Bethesda games.

Outer worlds level cap is too low that’s my only complaint.

Outer worlds is fucking great I love it I just wish there was more. Can’t wait for the sequel whenever it comes out.
