This whole topic is uninspired.

The ability to directly land on planets in Starfield makes no sense whatsoever and ignores the ship designs in Starfield. Space Ships in Star Wars and No Mans Sky can fly in the atmosphere- doubling as aircraft. It’s very apparent by the ship designs in Starfield that those ships only fly in actual space, which is why they go straight from planet to space and back again. The ships themselves would be incapable of being flown on planets.

In that guy argument it should be compare to the no man sky, Star Wars landing animation + 1000 times bigger then star field

GOD HOW I WISH SOME THINGS WERE HAND MADE. There are these super cool derelict ships… Oop sorry no once you’ve done one the magic is gone cus they all suck and have no sense to them. It was scary but then you learn oh there’s just nothing here. Id much rather 5 HAND MADE ones that repeat than an “infinate” amount of the most bland stuff ever…

To say nothing of whatever settlements are. they need to stop adding new stuff. Start improving the stuff they’ve got.

Wow, so they achieved the same thing as Elite Dangerous and Star Citizen and both of those games are like, $50 to get into. And ED is the size of the actual galaxy, and has real stars to go to, whereas SC has zero loading screens and is heavily based around combat and finding really neat shit in the environment to keep you going.

No mans sky is just as big if not bigger. And you can seamlessly leave a space station fly your ship to a planed fly to the surface land build a full base dp quests leave land on your frigate manage a fleet of frigates then hyperspace jump to another system and do it all again without ever noticing the loading screen.

Honestly? Just for that (entering the atmosphere) i am ready to give outlaws a shot. I’ll still wait for “free trial copy” to appear though.
