What a bunch of bullshit!!!
It should all be free
Only stupid if you buy it. All of you idiots that buy skins and missions and all that are the reason we are in this mess…
LETS MAKE COMPLETE GAMES AGAIN
If it was an entire set of habs with that theme? Maybe, just maybe. But just one 2×2 hab with some furniture? Absolutely not. Bethesda is giving Rockstar a run on greedy microtransactions.
Started with horse armour, now we’re here
No
Maybe as a bundle of ship parts, 10 seems reasonable but just one part?
Tbh it’s not as bad as the $15 fatality in MK1
It’s awful practice. I wish they would go the route of Helldivers 2, where you could earn creation club credits for completing various quests or challenges in-game. This is just criminal and only makes me less excited for Elder Scrolls 6 or to bother going back to Starfield.
I barely think starfield is worth $10 let alone some ship module
yes
Module and yes its worth it. Loving the creations
It looks cool. $10 is crazy imo
Bethesda sold their soul
look if it was an online game id say yeah but we are talking about a single player game here so no i really dont think i should have to pay $10 for a ship cabin i cant enjoy with friends
People will buy a $10 dlc for no extra game play or anything of importance but will whine about Shadow of the Erdtree being $40 and packed full of new content.
Bethesda is dead. Nothing they bring now will be worth the price
Yep!
Two dollars would be better
Yes I do because the old design in future technology sounds sick👍
But you already payed $70 or more for the game? Only reason people will come back is for dlc which will be maybe $30 unless you spent $100…
No but I’d like to see it as part of the shattered space dlc along with a lot more decoration options
Hot idea don’t buy it and just play with out
No. I dont. But considering that i pre-ordered and got a free 1000 credits for creations, maybe it wouldnt be so bad
The game aint even worth $10
10 fucking dollars for a virtual spaceship part 😂 im in the wrong business
Yes its worth the money. Broke people will cry about payed mods. Grow up and support modders and let them get their money. I used to upload mods yo nexus with donation link. No one donated but sure loved to use my mods.
Scam
Almost $2
No.
Paid Mods are an exploitative and price-gouged cashgrab attempt from Bethesda.
especially since they’ve taken to releasing Microtransactions before any worthwhile content.
Profit seems to be their incentive, not quality. Again, like Creation Club, I will be sharply ignoring this and wish the Company would stop being so frigging Corporate in their endeavours. Focus on quality, not profit. This is why your games hold nowhere near the same reputation as they did 5 years ago.
I remember in 2014 or 2015 when Bethesda put Paid Mods up on Steam for Skyrim, and were swiftly met with reviewbombs and had to send out a corporate response, talking about how they’re “listening to the community” and will strive to be better. Back then, even I knew, that they’d bring it back, and find a way to limit free mods to being on their terms, not Steam Workshop’s, not Nexus’
Then, Fallout 4 launched a year later, and they dreamt up the Creation Club. Creation tools were launched late with that game, so modders had to workaround engine limitations for (half a year iirc?) to put anything out. And Creation Club launched around about the time that the tools came out, and you had the option of accessing both your Mods and the Creation Club in game. An unhappy middle ground for me, I could tolerate it, given I could avoid Creation Club.
In addition, they’ve released the Creation Tools at the same time as “Creations” so modders won’t have had time to put anything out with them, only people on Bethesda’s Paid Mods side, where they take a cut of the profits for Modder’s work, and can charge a tenner for two outfits and maybe a fetch quest too if you’re lucky.
Meanwhile, Fallout 4 today, we’re on the verge of getting Fallout London and after that, F4NV. And Bethesda broke the game several times and made an “enhanced” version which set the team back 2 months, in what feels like an attempt at sabotage, delay. It may not be that, it’s a big company, but the timing for this, eight years after initial release, on the eve of one of the most anticipated free mods in Bethesda Games’ recent memory, feels awfully fishy.
I will not pay for Mods from a studio that could just include these things as content in their game, £5 for a fetch quest with lazy writing and a new cosmetic set. £5 for a different colour for my gun.
I will pay money for DLC sized mods. For SimSettlements. For Fallout: London.
If Those mods were on the Creation Club/Creations’ team, there’d be incentive,
but at the moment it just seems like a cashgrab.
This should be part of a free update
Yoda: the dark side is growing stronger I feel, yes.
it’s cool but overpriced AF. The whole game costs 70 bucks and you get several ship builder manufacturers, plus you know, the whole fucking game, 10 bucks for A MODULE and some furniture is insane
Nah
It would be worth it if it was the only option I suppose . But unless they do something to stop Nexus from posting mods someone will post something better for free . I already have about four mods having to do with shipbuilding that have a bunch of stuff that’s just as good but not the same .
Modern day horse armour dlc
What a joke. Oh, wait… it’s Starfield.
I could care less honestly. Its a oretty noce ship part, but I dont have the money to throw inyo buying it. That beong said I do not HAVE to buy the ship part, and but ignoring the thing all together and not giving Bethesda (Though let us be honest, it’s mostly Microsoft and Zenimax) the money and publicity by complaining about it, I’m doing more than I would complaining about it and making Microsoft more advertisement. Frankly, if O could afford ot, I would buy it, and if you want to buy it then that is fine, it doesn’t affect the game in any way as it isnt needed to play the whole thing and essentially doesn’t really matter how much it is, no katter how absurd.
oooooh I don’t want to hear this. Now I have to decide to Drop Starfield or start losing more money.
Look if people will pay 500$ for a league of legends skin, 10$ for some ship cosmetics is nothing.
no its not worth it. this should have come with the game or been a free add in
Just use mods
No
Anyone know how to get the UC vigilance using creations on Xbox?
Who would waste money on a trash game you get for free on Xbox, you’d have to be an absolute loser with no friends
This makes me incredibly unhappy
No Man’s Sky added an entire new game mode for free a few days ago.
Bethesda has gotten greedy
I don’t think they should be charging us for any of these mods after all the bs we’ve dealt with since the game dropped. 😑😒🙄🤣
Xbox is hard up on money after the 50 billion dollar Call of Duty splurge
Worst game ever.
Games a joke
Nope . Not worth 10 dollers
this is a paid mod btw.
No
It’s actually pretty boss, comes with new furniture and whatnot you can put at any outposts and ship. ALSO PSA. DO NOT BUY THE PISTOL THAT IS IN THE SHOP. I’ll edit and comment the exact name later when I’m not at work. But it ff’d up my game. AND ITS A PAID/VERIFIED CREATION
Todd needs new shoes. Pay up.
I’m not going to lie it feels rushed or they didn’t put in much effort even though the pirate ship aesthetic looks kind of cool I think $5 is more reasonable at least for cosmetics.
They should give players the incentive to earn credits so they can purchase these workshops over time simply by playing the game. It’s a single player game for Christ sakes! Only expansions should be monetized imo
$100 for a pre-release that was distinctively devoid of content, then $10 per piece of content to make it feel like a completed game. Marketing to minors at its finest.
No
In short, no. In long, noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
it definitely isn’t worth 10 dollars.
No
The creation creator sets the prove of the creation. Not Bethesda
Bro everyone I need you to realize this is 1 billion times more reasonable than the entire gaming industry right now. COD, valorant, the finals, ect ect all make you pay 5 or even 10 times the price as this for a gun skin! Really think about that before saying this is just a money grab
that red was ripped straight from fallout 4
How did this pass the verification process?
People still play this shitty game?
Not worth it for me, their is a pirate one that while not for me comes with a lot more stuff and is really cool, and only five bucks
For $10 I can buy Fallout 4
smh
It’s worth whatever people will pay for it.
No lol $10 for a cosmetic ship part, disgusting
Oh no all the snowflakes are melting in this comment section. If you don’t like it don’t buy it. God you spoiled brats think if it’s not for me it’s stupid and no one wants it. Pathetic
I’ve never even played Starfield but even I can think of a way for it to be added for free. You visit a random, mostly, aquatic planet and on one of the few pieces of land you can find a marooned schooner or ship of the line of some ancient seafarer and you can do some kinda quest to set the crews restless spirits back, and they allow you to salvage the ships body to “let ‘er story continue, upon the stars!”
That sucks.
NO!
Not at all. Should be 3 or 4 at most.
The game already has loads and loads of ship parts, and it costs $70. If a ship part is worth $10, then $70 bucks for what’s already in the game was a real good deal!!!
Thank you, Bethesda. Love You!
Lets not forget that for the price of 2 of this pieces of ship you could get dragonborn or dawnguard for skyrim like 10+ hours dlc with new armors, weapons and abilities and 1 of them even a whole new map just let that sink in…
Thats worth 10 bucks in the cosmetic wrld atleast it wasnt a la carte
No but if someone wants to pay it, who cares. I lose nothing from someone else buying this. In fact I may even gain because I want them to keep making content and people spending money encourages it.
Nah
I bought and that a no as in not worth 10$.
I don’t like the idea of paid mods in general but I understand that Bethesda do this to support obviously themselves and various mod authors
But it’s not worth it
I’d say most mods at best are worth £1-£2 if they add a decent amount of stuff
Most small mods that change a file or add a texture aren’t worth anything
If it’s a new quest line, £3-£7 depending on the size
And if it’s genuinely DLC sized, £7-£15 easily, especially if they have the go ahead or moral support from the dev team
The entire game is worth less than 10 dollars.
And console still doesnt have mod support right? So bethesda just really wants to loose everyones faith. Fallout 4 is worse after the aptch and they dont wanna fix that either
f.. them
Not for me.
For content of a similar nature, I would have to *LOVE* the aesthetic on offer and have the inclination to spend hours decorating and making use of the furniture items, typically I don’t play Bethesda games like that.
What’s more, Elianora, or ‘TheRealElianora’, did something similar using the Crimson Fleet aesthetic and priced her creation at 500CC or $5, to me, that’s more fair of a price but again, I’d have to love the aesthetic and want to decorate.
It’s definitely not but I still want it
Nope
No
No. Maybe 5 but not 10
No only in fallout is it okay
Nah I think it would have been better at launch for free
“Gets review bombed”
Absolutely not worth 10 dollars. But there are chumps out there who will buy it anyway.
$10????? Jfc
The part also comes with 20ish new decorations for the ship/houses.
Starfield First 😂 $12 a Month
No
Nah I don’t think you should have to use real money for ship parts for a game that your not even gonna be able to have your friends hang out in with
I like it but I’m not buying it… I will it mods if they are worth it but there’s nothing I want right now.. all the Star Wars stuff is cool but that’s free thankfully
this mod provides more then the 25 dollar pack for sims 4 with less items. so depends on how you look at it. but bull s is still bull s even if it cost less
Absolutely not.
Nah, I can play fo4 with exact replica of the items
“You don’t understand! I MUST CONSOOOME!!!”
oooooh I don’t want to hear this. Now I have to decide to Drop Starfield or start losing more money.
I am close to giving up on Bethesda… If they go full live service game, and I can’t see them not at this point.
Spaceship Horse Armor.
It genuinely disgusts me.
Wasteland workshop is 5 buck…. Take from that what you will.
Be great if it was a colored version for the Crimson Fleet since its pirate ship themed.
Should be no more than $1. Imagine if they charged that for every asset in a game. Games would then be $1,000. It’s ridiculous!
No.
Starfield caught the disease from Fallout 76.
Bethesda is over
Nah
