There are micro transactions. It’s a fantastic game though. There are some awesome inspiring moments where you kill 30 bugs on a single lucky airstrike and heart thumping fights for survival. If you manage to escape the blood bath and bring you team back you feel like a badass clutch master.

There are micro transactions but you don’t need it at all. And you can even find the currency in game for a couple of buys. The armor is cosmetic as it has the same Stats and effects as default / medal versions. I love this.

The super credits are available as warbond unlocks and can also be found in just about every mission and in many of those missions can be found in multiple locations
