Starfield has all but been confirmed to be coming to Ps5.
Starfield is a 2023 action role-playing game developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. In the game, the player character joins a group of space explorers who must venture to various corners of the galaxy to acquire mysterious artifacts

What is dice, and when does it take place. I’ve never heard of this
It’s probably the push to the all digital future, Xbox platform like steam but on PC windows and other platforms that allow it, mobile/console, anything part of the eco system like Minecraft, even if it’s just playing it allows you to dip into the eco system. If they are planning on competing with Apple/google, than gamer tags are like Apple/google IDs. Will b interesting to c what they plan.
Ummmm they did the math? If you are studio/developer and can release a game across multiple platforms, you can make a lot more money potentially. Yes there are still major games that might help. Sell a console, but keeping a game exclusive to one console, just limits your potential customers. Just as an example now that Microsoft own Bethesda I’m sure they have the sales data of games like Fallout 3/NV/4, etc…. Hardware (consoles) have almost always been a loss leader anyway, the real money/profit comes with software(games). It just makes sense for them to go to other platforms as well, I mean the series x has sold what like 21 or 25 million units, the PS5 is at 50 million I believe, the switch is over 130million units, best estimates on how many PC gamers exist is somewhere around 1.75billion worldwide. So Xbox can essentially double their potential customer release just by releasing on PS5, they could almost 10 times their potential customer base by going to ps5 and the switch with certain games, and then anything they make available on PC. You have almost 2 billion PC gamers, it’s a numbers game and exclusivity. I don’t think makes much sense anymore.
Nobody cares about Starfield my guy, the game sucks so much even the modders abandoned it.
Are people still playing Starfield?
It’s a Bethesda game. It would have been released on the Ouya if that hadn’t flopped… almost as hard as Starfield is flopping right now actually.
Love my Xbox, more games on more stuff is great. I bet if KillZone was also on xbox, it had a better chance to survive.
Imagine still being traumatized from the Dreamcast and going to xbox 😅
