Sadly you need to have a grav drive reactor landing bay cockpit helium tank landing gear. So that awnsers that you can not build a really small ship

I stole a ship thats called “Spacer Raccoon” and I believe it to a good example of one of the smllest ships in the game that has all components installed like shields, a hab module for guest. A control station for crew and I added some cargo as well that brings the cockpit storage and the added cargo modules, to 750 in total capacity.

Its so maneuverable that when using the thrusters it tends to pass over your target lol. 97 score/nominal for maneuverability. And its only 3 (1x1s) tall, 3×4 area size, so being 3 wide and 4 long. Has guest of 2, crew of 5. Highly recommend you commandeer this ship if you see it.

The Starter ship Frontier is some of the smalest you csn get and build.

I built one with just 2 Conway and cockpit. With four engines. Name it Kuroi kumo due fact one cockpit looks like spider head.

I have a big ship and a “medium” ship (fits the small outpost pads) and find myself enjoying the smaller one a lot. The big one using the narwhal cheese (early high level rector) just shreds everything no questions asked. With the smaller based on an Va’run Litany, I still can mess up. Unlocked cool big engines recently so might give the bigger ship a makeover.

I dont like massive ships i get exactly what i need and prioritize fire power with storage and maneuverability. Everything else is dead weight. Only modules you need are armory for free weapon storage, workshop for all the benches, captains quarters, living quarters for crew and science lab for last 2 benches, thats it.

I think I made the smallest ship ive seen, top speed 163, with boost goes up to 600s, 100 mobility. But it lacks cargo

In the future with dlc or mods should be added to do a Silver Surfer board

Yeah I made A blockade runner very similar to Destiny ones ships you could get from Variks for doing the prison of elders and honestly I’m loving it cuz I actually made an A Class monster and so far it’s my best ship. Though I do want to get the star eagle as well before I start messing with my other ships cuz I’ve already got the UC Prison Shuttle from the deep cover mission and I just got the Razorleaf.
