Lack of immersion in Starfield gets me! I need RDR 2 level of immersion! Main story was trash. Crimson fleet and Ryujin were the best missions! Also X box series S has a mod bug where mods block your volume! WTF!

Paid dlc at this point won’t leave a good taste in my mouth. Should continue to do free updates. I’m about to get back into starfield, but the last thing I want to do is put more money in it. CDPR and No Man’s Sky, while they botched everything and broke trust, at least made amends for free

to me it feels like each game gets lazier and lazier. but i cant help but feel with how different Starfield felt it almost felt like it was taken over or sabotaged. the story was too… peaceful. if the story had taken place a few years before the games start during the war maybe it would of been more exciting but it feels sterilized and too peaceful.

Is anyone even playing Starfield still 😂. Game died as quickly as it came out and rightfully so, utter failure of a game.

New games are coming out on Unreal Engine 5 and look amazing! Why would anyone play Starfield? The content? They fumbled it. The game needs NMS treatment that is never gonna happen unfortunately.
Grew up on BGS but they are losing to other companies and refuse to adjust to reality. Cant wait to see ES6 compared to the Witcher 4.

I played that game for…. *(checks Steam)* a total of 49 hours since it launched.

Compared to my TES 5 gameplay: 243 hours on the special edition and 331 on the original.

I would say Starfield is not a bad game just disappointed I enjoyed the game there were many things I thought were fun but it was just the things they had promised with next gen? no is the game so slow with loading and graphics? yes it was ok sometimes you got that wow it’s so cool but also wtf? with super boring cities without life

but there was a nice story and quest and gameplay was also good but everything in the game felt like a 5/10 I can maybe get it up to 6/10

Starfield has a healthy modding community. Not as big as Skyrim but its still healthy, with high quality mods regularly coming out.

Skyrim is part of the Elder Scrolls brand which is much bigger than the new IP Starfield. Thats fine imo

I got around 2100 hours out of fallout 76, I have 1100 hours in fallout 4. I have similar in fallout 3 and new vegas but thats on my old xbox and I cant verify. I have no idea how many hours I have in fallout 1 and 2. my rother used to play sitting side by side and play different characters and trade playing every few hours. fallout 1 and 2 were the only games he and I played for literal years

I received Starfield for free when it was just a few months old.
I have yet to play it.

Skyrim remains relevant ONLY……because of the modding community. And this applies to every single Bethesda RPG across the board.

I don’t get this mentality that Bethesda can’t work on multiple games at once. Most people are all hands-on deck on the Slder Scrolls 6, yet there is still a small team of people who make content and DLC’s for the previous game. They’ve always done this.

am a BGS fan even i cannot defend Starfield, the guns are not fun or unimaginative, environment is pretty empty(lacks the spontaneity of FO4/Skyrim when roaming around), quests are just down right boring, if Kinggath isnt making great quest mods i wont be spending shit on this game

Walk away from Starfield, by all means keep Fallout 5 on the back-burner, concentrate on TES (with expansions), and watch the billions roll in. Retire gracefully Todd. You know it makes sense.
