Wow, Finland is really pissed off. But she does have a perfectly good reason for that. I mean that a spaceship without a sauna. That’s just blasphemy. 🤷‍♀️

We have so many rules and regulations before we even starts a rescue operation to protect the rescuers from doing wrong moves and lifting that the injured and the people in need are in real danger to be declared dead before they are going anywhere…….

That is one of the few negatives of being so successful in unionizing and workers rights…..

But its way better than the other way…

I hope that we can get to the Ukrainian way, rescue first and foremost, and take notice of the mistakes after the mission….

Thank you, thank you, thank you! It’s pronounced Sauna 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 I’m 2nd generation Finn in the US. This is such a pet peeve of mine! I’ve heard Koreans pronounce it correctly! There’s a town in Finland that has my family name. I’m the only one of my 7 siblings that married a Finn. Could keep talking.😂

I have not seen/heard any finn actually correcting someone on the pronounciation of sauna. Usually its other non-finnish speaking people correcting others. On the other hand I have heard finns pronouncing it “soona” while speaking english to someone. Its still wrong, but for some reason natives sometimes pick up the wrong pronounciation too while speaking english.

I’m 100% with Finland. A spaceship without a sauna is an outrage and a fatal design flaw.

The WW3 theme and spaceship made me think of the book A Canticle for Leibowitz
The book starts with WW3 and the establishment of a monastery to preserve Christianity and Western civilization and goes up through the millennium of peace to the eve of WW4 when the survivors escape for Mars on a spaceship, just before a second nuclear war.
The author had PTSD and was guilt ridden over his service as a bomber crewman during the Italian campaign. Lots of historic treasures were destroyed by the bombers.
