Yeah same thing here bought the veil a bit cheaper because of sale played it trough liked it no trouble @ all 150+ mods on series S..brought Emily on this new sequel adventure no comment @ all very disappointing and juz recicling good questlines locations doesn’t fit very well…im lucky i juz spent 820 rather than 1000 but all in all good quest mod
Okay, played the mod last night. This is a great mod. Thank you AlmightySE!

The Veil and Beyond the Veil are both great and much better than what Bethesda comes out with. I can say that because the ending of the Beyond the Veil does something that Bethesda never did with Shattered Space, it tied it into the ending of the game via a character in the mod, also both together are a better price than what Bethesda comes out with.
SPOILER-When I defeated Kholen, there was a glitch and he wouldn’t respond. I had to leave the area and comeback in to get it to work. Also, if you go-around the back, you can fall and the game takes you back to the door David sends you to at the end of the DLC.
SPOILER-I liked the quest sequel, I do have a huge problem that Emily Archer wasn’t involved. It was totally immersion breaking that she didn’t have any input.
When I fight kolen at the end, he just sits there in the down position and never gets up or talks. Idk what to even do to fix that.
I didn’t realize this was a sequel until you mentioned it.. I guess I’ll check it out
To answer your question, a patty melt is not a burger. That’s why it’s not called a burger. Suppose it depends where you live. Fanny for example, is backside in my country, whereas in England ..well…! Enjoyed your video as usual! It’s better than most paid quest mods, 😅 some gunplay at least. Definitely some care put into it. It’s great for folks that like those kinds of mods! For me, there is no replayability. Seen it done it thing. There’s enough of that in Vanilla! Moreover, “For the love of God and Country,” where’s my dang ship PARTS?”
This looks really cool with aliens. Kinda reminds me of mass effect aliens.
where did you get Cora Coe as a follower?
If it’s not lore friendly, then the alien is part of a film set, or stupid prank, or both.
I don’t like that the original cast stopped giving a damn about all of this. i would prefer one long cohesive experience priced like a dlc rather than small drips, detached from one another that may end up costing more than a dlc when all is said and done
(EDIT)- I accidentally spoke with David without realizing that I was starting this quest (I realized fairly quickly and backed out of the conversation) while taking D.E.R.E.K. to the Vanguard Orientation Hall to trigger his memory banks. Then I noticed that I have a new Skill for purchase called David’s Blessing.
Just at the start of the Creation, David feels like the Starfield version of Men In Black … if only it was black coat and tie, he had on some sunglasses, and was named “D.” I was recently using Outfits Unlocked Roosevelt’s Dress Suit, and that was the gut reaction I got when I tried on the Black Suit. Too bad Starfield does not have sentient Aliens like Mass Effect for that to make sense, but I guess it would fit this Creation. Speaking of Mass Effect … there is another man David reminds me of.
the cleaning bot is a spy! GET HIM!
I played The Veil on Xbox X and I didnt have any issues. I also had several other mods running. This quest was enjoyable but yeah the rewards are lackluster. I brought Emily Archer companion along but she had no effect or participation in the quest.
I loved the Veil it was so much fun and I played part 2 absolutely enjoyed it alien humanoids should be in the game I would rather have them then the Starborn the Starborn are okay but why did they make a Space game of this size with not one alien humanoid in the whole game now they are talking about making the next main DLC about the Starborn again I’ve played this game from day one and never did the Starborn thing just couldn’t get into them.
I liked the first mod. I had no trouble starting the mod the first time I played it, but the ending was bugged for me. I could never interact with the guy back at MAST. That was okay. It was a good ride any way. The second time, in a new universe, I had trouble starting it. Finally successful, I played through and again had the bug at the end. Aww, who cares, I bought this one today and will probably enjoy it. Five bucks is five bucks. Heck, I’m paying $1000 to see Paul Simon tonight for 2-3 hours. A descent mod for $5 for a couple hours is trivial. 🙂

P.S.: Thanks again for the head’s up Crimson Cowboy.
Coffee time! Excellent video, thanks again for the tour of another mod. Your services are greatly, appreciated. Saving money, everyday. Well, minus the popcorn.
The Veil is junk and isn’t lore friendly, BGS has shit on us hard with Starfield. Modders shouldn’t have to make the sandbox a game, but that’s what this has become. Gaming is on life support and Nintendo sunk the last nail this week. I already paid this clown once to break my game, I’m good on his slop… Colon cause it’s all shit!
We need a Mod that inegrates the Genesis Faction into the POI System and space Encounters so that they Spawn like the other factions! I would pay for it!
I watched the first Part and they are so cool!
I held off on this because the first one was supposedly bugged, and not sure if it ever got fixed. If it’s work well now though, I’ll probably pick it up since it’s on sale.
Also. Iv noticed. Some planets. You find them CRIMSON FLEET GUYS. you can walk right up to them. And they welcome you like a buddy. ,a friend. ,,,( it feels creepy. Too. )
Heyyy folks. ,,,,I found. That WHEN you do a mission. Of. Any kind. , you have FAT CHANCE of finding a ship. To pinch , ,,,,,BUT, ,, when your NOT doing any mission at all. SUDDENLY. THERE ARE PLENTY OF SHIPS EVERY WHERE TO PINCH. , ,😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊, ,
This guy isn’t a vague reference to G-Man from Half-Life AT ALL
I didn’t buy it, I wanted to wait until you reviewed it. Lazarus Awakened still remains the GOAT out of the quest mods. This one is decent. Does it add any side content like the first one? Like being able to accept jobs for hire?
Not only bethesda sells buggy games, but now these mod authors are doing the same, as well. Thanks for the review while being distrated by that boxy robot! 🤣🤣
I have never been able to get The Veil to start. I don’t know what I do wrong.
