I combined this with the pip 3×1 it is a 10/10 base I love it

my group has defended a lot of onlines in a modified version of this. kind of a cheap offline unfortunately

What’s the upkeep?

I did walls instead of frames and it’s nice it makes a shell but I’ve defended a raid and it still works well makes the raid a bit more if they go through walls

Have used this base for 6 wipes, it’s easy to build low cost and efficient, put main loot in 3rd floor, rarely gets raided and spread mats out in all tcs

What are you supposed to do if they blow up the one garage separating them from a outer tc then take the tc and seal it in?

you can change the small boxes to a locker but make the tc back on the wall so that u can fit it

im still new to electrics and wanted to ask if u take heli and he shoots rockets can it destroy the cables leading to the battery? cuz if yeah you would need to wire it up all again or should you take heli from the window level instead of the roof so the rockets only damage the window level ?

How many rockets will it be going through walls and then doors can someone let me know

Instead of the normal tcs I would add disconectables instead but that would probably be my only thing

I love this design, my friend wanted a bit more protection so after laying out the frames for wide gap peaks, i lapped around a shell. It looks like a choad but it gives more protection while still being like 16k stone spread across 5 TC’s (4.5k in main tc and 3k in externals)

why does he sound like warrior?

no point of wide gaps if they’ll core you instantly, the purpose of honey comb and wide gaps together is that proper honeycomb buys you time to defend with the wide gaps. If you dont have time to use the wide gaps cause they core you instantly then idk what the point of wide gaps are. For you and other 15k hour players thats different maybe but for 99% of rust players thats not a practical design.

2 walls to core tho, can make a honeycombed 2×2 stronger and nearly the same price

Right so I’ve just got offline raided and they destroyed main TC but not my 4 external TC’s and I can’t place a TC in core as main because it says cannot stack building privileges so can anyone help me out because I don’t have a clue what to do now

Hey guys I’m new to building and I want to get better so sorry if this is a dumb question but why does he use wall frames instead of walls? Is it because the gaps are big enough to shoot through? Either way I would think walls would be better since it gives more time during online. Maybe upkeep?

The ramp on the bottom won’t work

Just a tip: u can place a bed vertically in those triangle bedrooms and fit a small box on each side of the bed + a barbequeue for extra storage, cheaper than drop box and require no bps

made this base this wipe, only recommend i had was to put a triangle above the garage door going down to core, and chuck a turret on that, since you already have the half walls in for the loot room, if people blow down from electrical they have to destroy an extra garage door or floor 🙂 am really enjoying this base man looks so clean and plenty of space for loot!

I made a solo version of this base with a 2×1 the only thing I can’t add is the ramp peak but it’s probably the best base design i’ve used

i had an issue with this base design i built it on console rust, and one of the shooting floor wide gaps were forward more and it fudged the side of the gaps, anyone know what i did wrong?

You can make the bedrooms with 2 triangle’s to have a locker, bed and dropbox and the bed does not clip trough the garage door

It’s a really nice design, but I would definitely tighten up those external TC’s as they are begging to be blown and griefed.

The base is good bro! I would prefer little smaller widegaps becuase they are pretty big in your design. You can simply do what you did exept you go out 7 insted of 3 i believe it is. Then it will be almost the same but its a little smaller gaps 🙂

Are the rooms/batteries not very exposed? There is no honeycomb on that floor and the protection given by the shooting floor is 1 floor above

Cool base waz, but where do the SAM sites go to defend MLRS? There isnt much space left on roof… maybe you build 1 higher on externals and put them there

When u uploaded the first video using this base, I tried to build it and I figured it and then tried building into a 2×3 for a bit of a bigger group and I’ve used in playing a few servers and it works insanely well for 5-6 mans

technically you could just make the half gap first, build it a bit further away on a wood foundy with a TC or something and then it allows you to build the honeycomb triangle that you skipped on the side of core, when you’re ready to build shooting floor just use the one you made earlier instead of building it from core :p

The Waz Widegaps

In case anyone adds the triangle honeycomb before building the widegaps, you can still do it properly.
Just add an extra triangle to make the edge of the main base flat again, build out the 3 squares, cap it with a triangle, then build triangles back with a square to finish it off.

Insane base I wonder if it’ll work solo. I want to start rust because of youtubers like you but tbh solo life isn’t for me and I’d have 0 mins on the game making a base like this
