Are Custom Servers and Power Surge going to be delayed until next year? When are we getting Custom Servers, Power Update and the Halloween event on Rust Console Edition for PS4, Xbox One, PS5 and Xbox Series X. Dev Blog 10 outlines what is coming to close out the 2022 year and what they have been working on, power surge, custom servers and special event (Halloween event) Rust Console Edition will be getting a Halloween Event update soon and Rust Console Edition PTB will get the update first to test out the Halloween event and some bug fixes. Power Electricity Update just around the corner we have a halloween event coming to Rust Console in October on Rust Console Edition for PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS5. The next Rust Console Public Testing Branch (PTB) Update should be any week now. It will bring us closer to the next Rust Console Edition Public Testing Branch (PTB) update Electricity (Power Surge) that will bring in all new electronic items and electricity gameplay and resources. Map Wipe Schedule for September 29th on Weekly Servers (Main Branch) for Rust Console. The Next Huge update that will include power surge (electricity) on Rust Public Testing branch, and then will be on Rust Main Branch (Live Branch). New building blocks: Triangle Ladder Hatch, Triangle Hatch Frame, Spiral Stairs (square and triangle) procedural corners, procedural roof tile, Triangle roof tile, vehicle ramps, new steps. Rust Tech Tree Update will bring in Larger Maps (3k), Tech Tree, Power Plant Monument, Target Practice & Builders Paradise Servers (Custom Server Types). Some of the things included in the update are: Tech Tree, Larger Maps, Power Plant and PvE servers. Rust Console news update, Rust Test Branch will bring: Larger Maps, Tech Tree, PvE servers, Recoil changes. New content added to Rust Consoled edition that includes: Supermarket, Trainyard, Water Treatment Branch. Update Rust console Edition Now! Rust Console has brought in new monuments Trainyard Monument, Water Treatment Branch and abandoned supermarket. Rust Console Edition for PS4, Xbox, PS5, Xbox Series X, now have new monuments and here is a guide to find them. Rust Console Monuments are back! Train Yard, Water Treatment Plant and Supermarket and now back in Rust Console. Quick Rust console news update. If it’s is delayed devs and a team should/could work on in game bugs: frozen map glitch, invisible rocks, explosives not being heard when raiding, arrows going through animals when shot at, (texture bug with player building’s, ex: when you build then destroy that build will still show but can walk through). I’m sure there are more but nothing is perfect. Still in joy the game.👍
Well from my stand point the update that will be for next month will be stability because I’ve been getting stuck in the map on ps5, soo with that being said i think next month will be the Halloween theme and then ptb will get its update, somwhere around that time table, so main branch wont see power till 2023

Tbh I wouldn’t be surprised if custom servers never come over to console.
Here we go again they are just buying more time and I can definitely see that for sure yes these small modifications will keep us busy or make us quit playing but for how long will they keep us busy. Ark at least has one upped rust by a long shot. They had custom servers before they ever had all these maps And extra items and events. At least ark was on a roll doing something not procrastinating like rust team development.
Regardless if the custom servers or the power surge is shit at the beginning at least put some content to test out so we can see some progress and not procrastination.
When is all the glitches on console gonna be fixed. It’s unplayable till then.

Imagine blaming old gen when yall know nothing about developing games and we can play every game new gen has for the exception of like 5 games and lately all my new gen friends get errors more then i do so get outta here with that copy and paste ass phrase “old gen holdin us back” lmao if that was the problem the devs wouldnt have accepted the license to create the game on all platforms shits funny af the devs are pushing out content at a steady rate and these 12 year olds are so used to having things on the spot and cant deal with a game in the making
They removed monuments from Public Test Branch / Builders Paradise. This is a TERRIBLE thing to happen for new players and players who are still trying to learn the game. Where do I go now to practice solving the puzzle for the monuments without getting blown away? I dunno, but now I can’t practice on PTB anymore. One more reason I’ll prob give up on Rust. Please compromise and include some Builder’s Paradise to include the monuments. Thanks for reading.

Power surge is the update we need! Watched a video recently where someone just stuck a turret outside water treatment – the sooner we get electricity the better.
Can’t wait for power surge, as a solo this will be awesome! Get those compound bows ready to smash out turrets and compound jump 🙂
