So i joined rust for the first time and there was TONS i mean TONS of servers so i join one then later on i press quit because i keep on getting killed, next day i wake up get on rust and theres like 7 modded servers, 1 official server, and 5 community servers. Does this have anything to do with a wipe? its still happening as of the time of writing this message.

I have my server up and running , friends from steam can join the server, it shows up in steam server list, but i cant find my server in the modded server list ?

So, lately(Just this wipe 5/2022) my server is not showing in my favorites. It is in my steam server favorites, but does not show up in my favorites in RUST. Could there be something in the update that may have broken this? Also, if I click to join server from steam server list, it crashes RUST. I will try to re add the server and see if that fixes it.

Update: it is back in the list today, there was a small update yesterday, perhaps it was a RUST issue. I can now see it in my history and favorites again and can also launch from Steam server list with no issues.

i am having a problem one of servers is not showing in modded section but is visible in favorites what to do , note server is a payed server bought at scalacube all other servers i have there work and sow up in browse only one is having problem

I run a dedicated server through iced host because of you thanks btw they are awesome!. I have another server through another host that will come to an end bc they are not as good as iced. anyway I can see my old server in the modded server list but I cant see my iced host server. my friends cant even see it either. I can connect with IP but I’m scared people wont be able to find my server! the name is a test server for now bc I’m getting it ready but I’m scared once the forced wipe comes and I’m ready for players the old people on my old server wont be able to find it. I sent a ticket in to iced to see if I set it up wrong and they said it was good. there are just so many servers now that it picks the closest servers to me. But both hosts I have are in the same area. I’m so confused and scared people wont be able to find my new server. what should I do? Sorry for the long post btw.

For clarification, the reason this happens if you self-host behind the same public IP is most routers/ISPs will block loopback connections from your public IP. In other words, you can’t connect to your public IP from your public IP.

Hello , my players are able to connect entering the IP address and port but the server it not shows up at modded or community list

However, people from other countries are not able to see the server in the list, but are able to enter directly via F1.
