This tip would make more sense if you took out the choice. If you dont have pistol ammo but have an empty gun, you can research, and craft it for ammo.

this is not a good tip, its definitely differs from each situation, but learning the ammo could be better if you already have more guns, or could get them easily, as typically when you kill someone and they dont have much ammo/or of you use it all, you can just craft more, and save the scrap for other stuff

For new players don’t research the gun 90% of the time take the gun out of the box and use it. Ur only going to get better, by using it. If u die learn from it. Looking back, I wish that when I was starting the game I couldn’t get a gun, cause once your better u want to be able to snow ball with a bow, instead of waiting an hour or more to craft a gun.

Ak doesn’t come with ammo anymore because of new update/ duplication glitch with the snow skin.

During my wipes with my duo we end up never learning gun bp’s cause we dont need to craft anything, getting tons of weapons from pvp and events are more fun but the times we have bp’d a gun we have enough for bullets and the gun anyways
