If it’s not inanimate objects that take the abuse in games or rpgs, then its animals. 😅 I’d find it amusing if they gave animals a revenge system in gaming like they did with orcs in shadow of mordor. Adding this would make gaming mirror real life in a kind of a sense. Inanimate objects already have a revenge system if you yhink about it since some objects either give characters negative status effects or blow up in their faces once struck causing negligible to severe amounts of damage, so that’s at least covered. Now, theres just the wait for the animal revenge system. 🤨

The animals are so corrupt by the mother crystals that they have gained Demi-God resistance.

Every time I take damage while free roaming I let the enemies kill me or reload from save data.

I missed playing this game, plat and done.

200 hours in this would drive me crazy. It’s probably the most stripped back final fantasy of all time. I did enjoy it but the world was empty, there was no real levelling system or magic upgrades.
