I hate you Yoshida, Endwalker didn’t made me cry and I said it was predictable some stuff in the end of the game. And then you make me feel like shit when I finished this game.I felt sad for 3DAYS!! And Final boss Soken never disappoints. This game is in my top 5 FF games

I love how a decent portion of the song is a motif of Maker’s Ruin. For those who don’t know FFXIV, it’s basically the Warrior of Lights AKA, the Player’s theme song. Having the motif there is kind of like Soken saying. “It’s not just Clive taking down Ultima. It’s you, the player taking down Ultima.”

The symbolism of Clive throwing his sword through Ultima at the end of the fight. This is the first time we _ever_ see Clive without a sword during battle… and he finishes the fight with a punch that deals 99999 damage, thus solidifying that it wasn’t his magic power, or his skill with a sword, or the Eikons that made him strong. Rather it was Clive, as a person, who possessed the strength required to save humanity all along.

Joshua and Clive are the best representation of brotherly love ever put into a game.

Clive ”Our Flames burn as one!!!!🔥🔥🔥” that always reminds me that I can keep going.

I think the final line of the lyrics was a kingdom hearts reference.

That right hook man, Clive really is something else, defeating God with just the fiery fist of justice

4:10 to 4:35 is in my top 3 favorite moments in any media. there’s something about Clive being constantly doubtful and vulnerable even when he’s the most powerful person in the world.

finally being able to accept the love and his weaknesses in the face of a world that was inherently built out of fear, mistakes, and greed when throughout the story he could have easily ended up like anyone other dominant/eikon wielder (benedikta, Hugo, Barnabas, Ultima) is so powerful.

Even after all these months I cant stop thinking about this game, man. Regardless of popular opinion and what any award show says, I don’t need anyone else to validate how I feel about this amazing experience and I cant wait for what comes next.

The irony, about complaints about how there is no party system in this game and it’s just all about one character when the entire climax is a result of Clive calling upon all those who were there along the way.

This game is just to good great boss fight amazing cinematic and beautiful music

Definintely my favorite final fantasy since 7. This one is definitely one of the most memorable and with a story that actually makes sense lol

I love how triumphant and victorious this song is. Even tho Ultimalius uses limit break when it starts, Clive has no fear. That limit break means nothing, you already know that you’re going to win, and there’s nothing Ultimalius can do to stop it. Soken is an absolute legend.

Anyone else find it ironic that ultima says “flame unforgiving” when johsua throughout the entire game and hell almost all the rosarians have been nothing but forgiving the entire game? Ultima couldn’t have been more wrong with that statement in my opinion and it most definitely was done on purpose

The lyrics really solidify how FINAL FANTASY asf this game is talking about friends and pushing forward unto the end. I fucking love it and Soken is incredible!
