You know why the final phase is “Find the Flame”? Ultima is the one hearing boss music.

I love watching combat from this game and realizing everyone else had COMPLETELY different load-outs to me by the end and yet all our builds felt powerful and balanced.

I love this Final Fantasy 16 game and I’m a 75 year old woman. Clive is my favorite and I love seeing him kill the bosses almost like what Jesus will do at His second coming during Armageddon! Be sure to believe & accept Jesus Christ as your mighty Lord and Savior and follow Him daily in all you do!

The track that plays during Clive’s flashback. Soken somehow managed to compose something that encapsulates the sad/proud/tragic/nostalgic feeling you’d get when having a flashback in the moments before death all in one track.

Also for those who don’t play FF14, listen to “One Small Step.” It’s just Endwalker “zone music,” but I’ve always told people this is the track I want to hear when that final DMT trip hits as I’m dying. Soken is a legend man.

Phase 4 is one of my favorite parts of this medley. It’s giving Final Fantasy 6 and Kefka’s theme. Can you imagine how hard a remake of FF6 with this combat system, graphics, and a controllable party would be? Please give it to us Square.

Fuck i love this game. Top 3 ff all time for me personally. This game didnt need complex battle systems and in depth side quests. The story, voice acting and music were superb. An absolute wet dream for story-driven players

Master piece😍

Took me about 3 months to finish and now I’m going back for the platinum. Honestly despite it’s flaws it is one of the best gaming experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’ve ever cried fighting a final boss before but facing Ultima at the end had me in tears. Clive is up there with Cloud as one of my favourite protagonists in gaming. The support cast were incredible too and by the end of the game I felt so close with all the characters I genuinely struggled leaving them behind. I really hope future DLC focuses on Leviathan and fleshes out Jill and Joshua more as characters. Ultima is also right up there with Sephiroth as one of my favourite ever villains. I’ll never forget this story.

The way the Prelude is woven into this soundtrack is so stunning. It’s a whole new, other worldly level. This story broke my heart six ways to Sunday. Joshua’s theme and sacrifice, in particular, absolutely drained me of emotion. I cried and cried… what an absolute masterpiece of a game & soundtrack. We are so lucky to have experienced this. 🔥🔥🔥

I hope the next DLC is an expansion to the main campaign with Leviathan.

And the second is centered on Joshua. His travels where left to vague. And it was a shame to not play as him again cause he was a power fantasy on the demo-intro.

If he had gameplay of a “phoenix mastery/enhanced” like how Vergil is superior Dante/Nero in DMC then we are in for a ride!

Absolute favorite game of all time. Actually played through and beat it twice, second time on FF mode. Last ultima battle gives me chills every time. Best soundtrack ever also, cherry on top to an already badass story and game.

I like how he just coincidentally has a one-winged form, not because he was made that way, but because his physical vessel is damaged and that’s the only wing it has left.

This needs to be the future of Final Fantasy combat going forward. CBU3 already has the tech to make AI companions with FF14’s trust system. Add in the functionality to switch between them during intense mechanics, or to debuff bosses. And you have the recipe for the best FF battle system ever created.

This game has to be a masterpiece, if it was fantastic for me to play FFVII and FVIII, I have it on my list of future games to play, I think it will be the most exciting experience of my life. I am grateful to all those professionals who gave life to this amazing game

Slight correction in your description “32:10 Phase 9 BGM Ultimalius Battle 2 (Find the Flame)” This track is actually not “Find the Flame”. The correct version of this sequence is called “All as One”. They sound similar but are in fact quite different.

I really need the Ultima risen theme! The 2 that are out are either too short or too quiet. If you are able to upload it by itself it’ll be amazing!
