They don’t go to kill cause they know exactly what could happen… an entire destruction of the territory, weapon of massive destruction

People are asking why Bahamut and Odin withdrew mid fight but they’re forgetting that most, if not all Eikon fights usually end up in mass destruction and collateral damage. If they actually fought to the death, both of their armies would be dead from the aftermath. I think their fight was more so just a moral boost for each respective side.

Bahamut is my favourite and is a staple in almost every final fantasy just like Odin but man did Bahamut almost get cut in half by that Zanteszuken. Odin is definately stronger. Bahumut in every final fantasy has devastating attacks but you can’t beat a guy who when he show’s up just cuts shit in half with zanteszuken.

This game is seriously terrible. Hate what they did with the summons.

In nearly all Final Fantasies have I put Bahamut as way more powerful than Odin. Some Final Fantasies have even a whole array of versions like FFVII, Bahamut, Bahamut Neo, Bahamut Zero. These bahamuts would ray beams that could damage the earth. Odin is above average summon in the FF series. But Bahamut and it’s variations have been entirely near the very top. Usually behind a master of all sommon. Like Knights of the Rounds

I’m surprise there was never a moment in the game of fighting in a battlefield, hundreds of soldiers (dynasty warrior-like) and all the other characters doing their thing. I was sure that’s where it was headed when they were talking about recruiting an army.

They are not fighting to Kill but I believe this is an act of asserting dominance on the battle field, that is to raise morale of their forces, Bahamut & Odin proves to show equal strength.
