No one ever tells you how to get On Fortune of Heavens 2. So, anyway buy 2 on Fortune of Heavens, go to the blacksmith. Select ‘Reinforce’ look for On Fortune of Heavens 2 and then craft it by combining your 2 On Fortune of Heavens. Basically buy 3 On Fortune of Heavens to craft the upgraded version and one to equip along with the upgraded version for max EXP gains.
