Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution and atelier yuma, suikodean remaster 1&2, Luna star collection, Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake are hitting Xbox.

This may be lost on folks, but getting an Atilier game on XBox is significant. That series is popular among the super~hardcore JRPG crowd. The fact that such a niche game like that is coming to XBox day one shows me they’re putting that work in. If they get the Trails series, then I believe that shows they made it. The Y’s series would get them close.

Addict – its not a matter of hate. It’s a matter of you all constantly pushing false promises which are getting people like myself frustrated. All the content creators have been talking about FF16 coming to Xbox for over a year now, long before Jez ever put out that tweet – you, Jaywood, IslandGaming, Plume, everyone. You promised it would come at the Gamer Awards, then the Xbox Showcase, then Gamescom, and then at TGS…still no FF16.

No disrespect to you, but my issue is that you all keep pushing it in our face every month, and when it doesn’t happen you blame us for believing in your own words and message. For me its just creating an atmosphere where people are losing credibility and I’d rather you guys own up to your part in the frustration we are having rather than just dismissing it as hate.

FF15 had 2 million lifetime sales on Xbox. So if selling a few million in a week on PS is not meeting expectations. Xbox will never be good enough for Square Enix.

Ideally, Xbox would get all third-party titles. At least the big ones. We don’t know why FFXVI did not hit Xbox the same time as PC; the reason could be Sony interference or developer manpower. Also, Square may want it to make a splash on its own, apart from all the Pixel Remaster stuff.

Most likely how Playstation does their exclusives FF16 will be on Xbox after they put in on PS Plus
But for future titles playstation will mostlikely have some form of exclusivity on the FF IP like they had with COD along with marketing rights

I never cared about FF games. The only Square Enix game I ever liked or cared about was Chrono Trigger. But that is neither here nor there. The thing is I never expected all the FF games to come to Xbox at TGS, but I do expect them to come to Xbox at some point. I’m not naive or deluded enough to think otherwise.

We have pixel remasters and the Mana games FINALLY so personally couldn’t care less 😁

What people needs to understand is that if you want to play ff16 you need to buy a pc or a ps5 thats it. Right now with all the things that are happening on xbox i cant recommend anyone to get one.
