I feel like, despite of its many problems through the process, FFXV was developed with ton of love, they paid a lot of attention to little details and they managed to create a vivid world and a beautiful journey that I will never forget.

Graphics in ff15 was amazing.. very beautiful game. And the characters look way better in 15 than 16.

Ff xvi more polished better art work

Ff xv million times better engine 😢 this is just sad. Also to note ff xv released 7 years before xvi

16 is better at everything but when it cames to graphics ff15 is better

FF16’s colors look really washed out and muddy I prefer the 15 art direction

Next is comparing RPG elements of FF15 and FF16—oh wait….nevermind

16 had better ambience, but as an expense, it got more graphically demanding. 15 air is clearer and i think it made the game lighter and crisper. Does not necessarily mean it looks better than 16 though. But personally i like the crispiness of 15.

There are parts that shouldn’t be compared, like fire spells. 15 fire is a “spell” it was meant to stay long and affect long, while 16 is a regular fast attack and so the animation must be simpler for more efficient repetition.

The dodge in 16 is simpler for immediate chaining i guess (correct me if in wrong, i havent played the game)

I love the brotherhood theme

I loved what I played of FFXVI in the demo, but I hate how blurry current gen games are. FFXV looks so crisp, while FFXVI looks great with a ton of Vaseline smeared over it.

XVI is medieval, so XVI Wins!

i find FF16 kinda outdated

FF 15 looks way more vibrant and the animation is more pleasing to see. Character design is subjective, but I feel that FF 16’s character design is a bit boring. Also, FF 15 is benefited from the farther camera+wider FOV, so you can see more and enjoy the environment.

Ff16 looks like random jrpg from ps3 era the graphics is just too disappointing for 2024

FF16 movements seem very slow. Especially if the dodge will be that slow, there is no point in having it in the game

15 looks better in every way except lighting. 15 also has waaay better movement and camera. 16 is a linear world which makes side quests way too easy. Just beat 16 and 15 was way better. Now the story in 16 is really good but game play just wasn’t there.
