rtx 3060 12gb here, stutters a lot and plays at around 40 fps in very low 1080p … certainly a square pc port

IDK why, but if I try turning on Frame Generation a window pops up saying it was activated but the game closes. I have the same specs as you (except that I onlt have 16gb of ram)
Do you see any differences if you put the graphics on medium with native aa?
