This is magnificent….the person playing Clive really fits in the role, and I like how in one point of this video, he lightens his surroundings with a ball of fire like he actually does in the game (reminds me of how Celica in *Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows Of Valentia* would do the same thing when you’d run throughout dungeons as her). This could actually fit as a commerical for the game, I feel like Final Fantasy really needs this right now (especially with past Final Fantasy games receiving commericals on T.V. for the purpose of better marketing it).

After FFX I started to lose love, and now we are at FF16 and I find myself not caring at all, eventho I think it looks pretty good, I just have any excitement for it. This is like that Final Fantasy XV ‘OMEN’ trailer, which ended up being better then the actual game of FFXV.

The only thing that looked the SLIGHTEST bit out-of-place to my layman’s eye was his sword. It’s a little weird and chonky and anime-esque. But it probably needed to be so it could be recognized as his. That aside, this trailer is phenomenal.

I don’t get all the hype. Then again, people get hyped by anything nowadays.

Since FFX, things have slowly gone downhill. There was nothing truly wrong with X-XII-XIII. But they all made the franchise loose something. XV was forgettable thanks to the ‘gang’ Noctis had to put up with. And the story was ugh.

This looks even worse than that.

Nothing against the new era of gamers, but I sure do miss a fantasy story with memorable characters I never forget….
