There are a lot of combat mechanics that are never explained. A few examples:
– If a small enemy is knocked down, a charged magic shot will send it aerial, allowing you to follow up with a phoenix shift to begin an aerial combo.
– When aerial, Garudas grab will bring small enemies up to you. You can also use the grab against non-staggered heavy enemies/bosses to get yourself aerial.
– Charged sword attack has a larger parry window than a regular sword attack. Charged sword will also lift small enemies off the ground if you jump just before releasing it.
Also I recommend trying the keybind setup where magic shot is on R1, Eikon change on Triangle, and melee on Square. It may feel weird at first, but this setup makes it WAY easier to charge magic and sword at the same time.
I’m thinking of making a combo video using only Eikons you currently have, and spamming you until you see it lol.

unfortunate that i wasn’t able to be there in the stream for when you fought titan but it’s my favorite boss in the game and one of my favorite bossfights in general imo, glad you liked it too
