My wife and i have been playing through 16 together and she played through this whole boss fight; i was hooting and hollering during thjs last phase because the track is just SO GOOD.

FF16 GOTY but Nintendo has its famous goddess shield and will win it again « because it’s so great to play ocarina and mount on every possible rock » (even if it’s boring and inspiring no emotions)

This game is awesome…. It’s like it unlocked a childhood memory of mine with massive kaiju battles with high octane insane fights. Vanquish, Asura’s Wrath, Metal Gear Revengeance, etc.

This is just amazing.

Final Fantasy 15’s QTE’s work so well, because they are do what any QTE should do by default: show off epic and sick moves and clashes you can’t do in normal gameplay. With how amazing the boss fights are, I am invested and do not want to miss them.

I love how each battle with the Eikon would have been a Final Boss in any other RPG/JRPG but this fight is just a normal end chapter Boss Battle, the scales keep growing higher! XD

One of my favorite tracks in the entire game. The way that fight just builds and builds and ends with these triumphant version of the Titan theme we have heard since the beginning of the game. I will never forget my first time fighting Titan.

When some of this music started on Titan Lost I lost my mind, but then to my surprise the exact best parts of this music went full blast during this fight. How, Soken…it should be impossible that a genius of this insane level is in a human.

YouTube is telling me that 1:34 is the most replayed part of the OST, we’re all thinking the same thing then

This last section gave me some of the hardest Raiden vs Armstrong vibes lmaoo

By far the best Boss theme in the game. Like, all the music in this game is outstanding trough and trough. But as i was playing this boss fight and these starts playing and shit is just going insane i literally stood up it got so epic. Going back to normal boss battles after this game will be weird.

I have to say that during this part of the game, I kind of felt sorry for the guy. A little. And then he started kicking women, and most of what little sympathy I had instantly vaporized, lol.

It still is rather tragic though, and pitiable. He destroyed his whole life and everything he had, all over someone who presumably never even cared about him. And without control over Titan, he didn’t even know what he was fighting for in the end.

Came here to relieve this, after just doing it.

I respect a lot the ff14 influence on the titan lost phase music, but this theme here is fire, i wish we got somekind of even more epic version of this during that fight to rival with the ifrit vs phoenix theme from the beginning

let’s be honest, you all put your controller down when you defeated titan lost just for titan to uno reverse card you.

I thought Lost titan will be final stage.. didn’t expect this … absolute banger

I really love how they use the music to establish specific fights/encounters as something, like, otherworldly or unnatural. Typhon drags you into another dimension, and Titan exceeds the natural boundaries of his Eikon’s powers, and the soundtrack’s genre shifts to stuff that’s just completely alien to the world the game normally exists in. And then when we return to ‘normalcy’, there’s a classical version of the theme to finish things off with.

Anyone know if I could find the calmer version?? It’s way slower and controlled compared to this one, I much preferred that version to listen to when chilling

Such a cool boss fight and theme, the JoJo moment at the end was awesome, ffxvi is in my top 3 ff for sure (FFXIV, FFXV, FFXVI exactly)

at 1:32 – The change from minor key to heroic major key with bombastic horns and orchestral hits genuinely gave me chills and goosebumps. It started playing when Ifrit gathered the Aether and exploded out of Titan’s grip. HOOOLLY SHIIIIT!

The “Enemy slain” moment for this phase gave me Bayonetta vibes with all those camera snapshot energy.

That starting beat/chant would’ve hit harder if titan landed that punch

Bro after watching all the trailers, I expected the climatic end against Titan Lost will be the end of it, then my guy popped out of no where with this banger of a theme solidified this to be one of the best boss fights I have ever played
