Odin, Bahamut, and Knights of the Round are just the best

Odin my most favorite fuzz hes been a good childhood to me when i first saw him in final fantasy 7 then became my most favorite around ff 13 series of seeing his weapons lighting held was amazing

I like Diablo summon from FF8. But his Demi damage is underwhelming, since it is the same as casting that magic itself. But, a 25% damage of HP or 9,999 max (if HP is greater than 40,000) can really shave lots of HP when you have low level underpowered characters. Oh, and Doomtrain too.

Shiva is always sexy.

Ramuh was barely in 16 throughout the entire game he manifests in full form twice Shiva only three times Leviathan was reduced to DLC Garuda only has one appearance and that’s the two-stage fight you have with her the first phase as Clive and the second phase as Ifrit. Odin and Bahamut at least got to be shown on screen prior to the boss fights against them

One thing they should have done was make it so that you could play as any of the Eikons in certain story beats like how in Last of Us 2 you bounce back and forth between playing as Ellie and Abby

Zodiark is Darkness in FF12 but non-elemental in FF Tactis with Lich being the Darkness Summon

What is with FF content creators saying that Alexandria transformed into Alexander? No. This didn’t happen. Alexander was summoned around the castle. Like a magical fortress.

I will say, Bahamut and Alexander are my favourite summons of the whole series so when I watched the sequence of events of ff9’s end of disc 3, I was both excited to see Alexander and Devastated that he was fighting Bahamut. The end of that whole sequence was so horrifying for me that it sealed 9’s place in my heart as being one of the more emotional games of the series for me along with 10. 8 is still my favourite because it’s a romantic game with a happy ending and 10 shares the top spot with 8 in my heart but I doubt I could have coped with 10’s ending anywhere near as well as I did if it wasn’t for the ending sequence of 9’s disc 3

Bahamut, Neo bahamut, bahamut zero

My opinion summons/eikons/eidolons never have been that important. Except for X and XV. Doomtrain in VIII. Bahamuth is my alltime favorite. Odin should be stronger in FF history.. my second favo of all. KOTR is the strongest but only needed against Ruby. I loved the astrals in XV! They were so OP but to be summoned is very rng or luck based.

In FF7 I’ve always liked the Neo Bahamut and Kjata summons when I first got them. FF5 I liked Odin!

Knights of the round is by far the most powerful summon in all of ff legacy. Scaled to each/all of the games, kotr is by far the highest damaging summon of them all.
