At one point Final Fantasy were the PREMIER games. On the OG playstation FF7 and 8 were selling 10M copies in an era when video gaming was only a 2B dollar industry. Now its a 200B dollar industry and Square just continues churning out trash after trash that barely will sell 2M copies lmfao. The downfall is really just so sad. Naughty Dogs, Rockstar, CDPR. Square could have surpassed them all but now theyre on the verge of bankruptcy. Crazy.

Hopefully this is the final nail in the coffin for Square exclusivity

I have this on ps5, 16 is an instant classic but it’s not for classic turn based FF fans. This is even more action-y than 15 which I also have, there’s less of a learning curve and strategy. Consider it Fantasy May Cry, as 16 even shares the same combat director.

Normally I would be upset, because I thought it was a Sony exclusive, but honestly I’m glad that it is coming to the Xbox series X because this game is AMAZING! I have literally replayed this game and replayed the boss fights and I ended up putting over 377 hours into that game. This game is an unforgettable masterpiece and it deserves to be shared.

i tried it on pc and honestly its really not good , very repetitive gameplay, TOO MANY cutscenes for nothing and everything and the story is just mid. also shit performance but the FF7 remake is much better imo but anyway if u can play it just try it and have ur own opinion its not a bad game but it is not a good game

it’s an ok game but yea… Enemies so spongy.. Mods on PC makes this game way more fun however overall the Cutscnes are 10/10

I’m glad the exclusivity is over/ending – but I’m still pretty disillusioned with Square-Enix. FF15 was a day one purchase for on the XBox One. I would have done the same with 16 had it been available for Xbox Series. But here it is 2 years after it’s original release at full price for Xbox gamers. I don’t begrudge or blame anyone who buys it, and I don’t want to discourage anyone from getting it if they are keen. I am just personally too disappointed in how things played out to view it as worthwhile :/
