I have a ps5 and xbox series x and a gaming laptop. I got the xbox and ps5 in the end of 2021 the last game i played to completion on ps5 was god of war ragnorok. Because i got 3 month trial of gamepass and then paid for a year of gpu on cd keys for nearly half the price. In 2024 i didnt touch my ps5 i have been playing all sorts of games and earning so many ms rewards that my gaming is paying for gpu. And now MS is churning 1st party games that are AAA tier, i get to play them day one and have not spent a penny its awesome. I have a ps5 for exclusives i can play alot of games on game pass and why on earth does nobody make a video about buying xbox games on cd keys? If you want a game day one its cheaper than ms and ps store why would you buy the ps version when its not on cd keys but all xbox games are? I only buy xbox games from ms store if its on sale for cheaper than cd keys store. If you love gaming and love playing the latest games for less then xbox ecosystem is the place to be, i use my ps5 for exclusives and my laptop for when i am holiday and i can play gpu games on the go. Cant wait for all the great games to land this year happy 2025 to everyone.

Truthfully I think gears and halo need to come to PS because those games are dying and need a bigger player base. Gears is rated R most of us who still play gears are 20+ which is no longer the target audience so how else do you pick up a player base?

We all know Xbox would’ve been gone if it wasn’t for Microsoft. Xbox leadership and management should’ve all been fired. They rushed the 360 and look what happened. Then after that they come out with an extremely underpowered shiny vcr that got scratched by anything and everything. Then instead of building off the xb1x and the all digital one s they let playstation do it better. Playstation came to market with a ps5 and ps5 digital. Console and controller is way better than xbox. Its just weird af that playstation is way better but only because xbox has horrible leadership. Someone should’ve known the series s was a mistake. If nothing else it just makes another platform to develop/optimize for. The ps5 digital was 100 less than the ps5. Imagine if xbox just launched a series x digital. And not no 2tb bs. Theres plenty of ways to store games plus youre actively push cloud gaming. Why would anybody need a 2tb console this late in the generation? Remember that idiot that said let’s make a xbox one. Then the one that said let’s refresh that but make it still underpowered. Then the one that said yea lets make the prettier weak console all digital. I love xbox and mainly play on xbox but how can people with so much experience in the industry be so dumb.

If Microsoft didn’t pay for all these acquisitions what would xbox even have to offer? They literally make horrible decisions then throw shit at a wall. So yea now that your horrible leadership lost last generation and this generation you’ve reached your ceiling. So you have to expand into mobile. And since your bread and butter (gamepass) doesn’t bring in the revenue you’re giving up then you have to put first party titles on playstation. They just need to admit they’ve been idiots and do better. Put all first parties on playstation so that you have the money to hire someone smart. And I hope playstation puts games on xbox. Gamers want games. Only the toxic people care about exclusives at this point. Devs need to make money. Spiderman 2 is amazing. The game cost alot to make but they put a lot into that game. Even the fast traveling is different. No load screen. You just teleport instantly to swinging on another street. I know playstations ssd is faster but spiderman 2 on xbox would be amazing. Charge an extra $10 if you want. Xbox controller style and xbox live is great. But gamers want games. Halo is supposed to be a flagship title. Someone literally saw that first Infinite trailer and thought we’d be impresssed. Why did gamers need to tell them how bad it looked? Here’s the thing, all you have to do is look at the sales numbers, nobody’s buying the Xbox. This past Black Friday and holiday season My local Walmarts and targets and my local Best buy was selling PS5s like crazy, they honestly couldn’t keep them in stock because of how good of a deal the console was with the discount. My local Best buy had a stack of Xbox series x consoles at the beginning of Black Friday and up until 2 weeks ago 90% of it was still there.

Xbox wants to stay in gaming, Microsoft wants to stay in the business of video games, because it is profitable. But if nobody’s buying the consoles they have to do something to make money, games don’t just get made for free. So the solution they come up with is to release their classic games across platforms, hell we might even see them on the new switch when it comes out, wouldn’t that be crazy?

I never would have thought Xbox would have 10 games out in a year. The patience has paid off 🙂

Sony doesn’t want to share their epic exclusives, period, so MS/Xbox should’ve not shared their epic exclusives either. Sony/PlayStation is from Japan, but most Japanese gamers don’t buy Sony’s games. It’s Americans buying Sony’s games. Most Asians don’t buy Sony’s games either.

MS/Xbox should become aggressive like Sony/PlayStation. Aggressiveness helps Sony get successful in the West. Whoever controls US economy wins the world, because many people still consider the US dollar yummy.

Not coming to Playstation. I’d bet hard on it. Microsoft only sends over games with a history on the platform. Doom Eternal launched on Playstation. Outer Worlds launched on Playstation. Unless Gears is free to play with microtransactions, it will be on Xbox and PC only.

On top of all of that, if this is true, it would make no sense not to include Gears 3 into the bundle. That’s why I know this rumor is straight bunk.

It’s amazing how far Xbox has fallen since ’21 as a console brand. They had so much momentum going into this gen with the best hardware and they’ve effectively killed their gaming position in console through short sightedness and incompetence. Huge gaps between unimpactful releases and constant bad press. Yes, MS will continue to make tons of money as another Tencent but that is not exciting to me. I don’t get excited for my Steam library like I do a new console generation and it’s sadly over. The new xbox will sell even worse than this one and then they’ll stop making them.

Honestly, i doubt Microsoft will release 10 games like this on this year alone (even more so being 2 Gears of War games in the same year – unless they want to hook Playstation players with the remakes and keeping the new one as exclusive?🤔)! I was thinking that if Square remake all their old successful RPGs with the same approach as FF7 Remake, they would make a ton of money! All the old Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, Xenogears, Front Mission, FF Tactics, Parasite Eve, Vagrant Story, Saga Frontier, Dragon Quest, etc… And look, these were just the ones i remembered and i only mentioned excellent RPGs here. A real gold mine and they don’t even need to stop developing new games and they can still use the same FF R engine for that!!

Donyou know why PS is so open for Xbox to drop games on there console ? Because they know that Xbox will jave there games as well with yhe new OS…if they dont they will fall behind in content… because xbox will have everything including there own titles

I’m fine with Microsoft games going to Playstation because when the next Xbox can run Steam, it’ll all be irrelevant anyway as you’ll be able to play both companies games on one box. And Playstation is inevitably shifting to day one PC releases anyway. The PS6 will most likely be an even more expensive console with an even slimmer upgrade than the PS4->PS5 was. The next Xbox and a Switch 2 will cover all your gaming needs.

I hope Gears 3 gets an UE5 remake as well. You can’t leave the climax of The Locust War Saga stuck on 360.

I mean, I’d love to have the FF7 Remake trilogy, FF16, and future Final Famtasy games on Xbox, but the only reason I bought a PS5 in the first place was so I could play FF16 and FF7 Rebirth. And I doubt I’d play through them again on Xbox, especially 16.
