This game (Diablo 4) has the potential, with it’s atmosphere, amazing OST and features, to be an even greater game, if the following things was implemented IMO:

1. An actual leaderboard
2. A much larger amount of uniques and set items. For more build varieties.
3. A Paladin player class!
4. More progress-features in endgame, like a road-map of things to do to (other than just chasing maths) make progress forward, which is an important thing to have in Arpg .
5. Return the Prime three ones into the franchise!
6. TRISTRAM REGION.
7. Oh and ofcourse the greatest: a black dye only variant to transmog!!!

Please add the story line involving Belial to the Eternal realm and base game! If you’re going to insist on adding him you’ve got to justify his existence. You guys already used Duriel as a throw away character lets not repeat that. I’m going to hold off and play the Seasonal story before I consider Belial wasted potential like Duriel was but if you’re going to add him to the Boss rotation there needs to be permanent plot attached, not just some fleeting seasonal storyline.

The trailer looks like a mobile trailer. The graphics look way worse and a character as important as belial…. being displayed with such graphics… Idk… it was an overall disappointment. The only thing that looks fun to grind is BP armor and that’s not a good thing at all. It’s true that you shouldn’t fix what ain’t broken. But you misinterpreted what your playerbase liked. It wasn’t the gameplay loop structure. It was the NEW parts you added to the gameplay loop. You stopped making those because you thought it was the structure we liked and so you replicated the structure. But that wasn’t what we liked in the first place. It was A NEW WAY TO PLAY THE GAME. Which is new for maybe 2 seasons, but after that, it doesn’t feel new anymore. You need to change it up every 2 seasons or you’ll lose the playerbase

What’s great about Diablo 4 is it’s the latest story. So, they just write down another new story for the series whenever they want, not like Diablo Immortal which is set between the events of D2 and D3.

The player base has declined, and now most of the development team has seemingly been reassigned to more profitable projects. Meanwhile, Diablo is being used to extract as much revenue as possible before it’s ultimately abandoned. The current state of the game is deeply disappointing.

I played the main campaign at max level with only (blue) Magic Equipment and demolished Lilith in one go at her with 138 unused Paragon points. I feel like I am playing the adult version of Whimsydale at toddler level difficulty.
