The Powers are actually one of my favorite things, but… This is too much. It kinda ruins it when they get overused like this, especially in cases such as S8 where according to what I’ve seen, the powers are basically what’s enabling us to even do anything.

In other words, the classes are all weak AF without them and that’s a horrendous place to be in.

I’m tired of yelling about it practically everywhere but for fuck sake, we desperately need a “Season of Balance” – as in skip having a real theme like they did with S4 and just focus on making every class functional and a majority of build options viable.

We feel that the people who make games now did not grow up with role-playing games, Celtic legends, books where you are the hero, music , they have no imagination and their inspirations are not the same, they are businessmen and women who use ready-made game engines and who pile it up like a pile of shirts, it is just a disgusting era.

So the game is play the exact same builds and pick the 2 op powers……….. for a whole year lmao diablo4 is dead less than 6k on steam

why not make the game like wow, where each zone has a rep and has a good reward/cosmetic for maxing reputation in that zone. Why not make the side quest valuable in some way. Running Pit on repeat is boring. you could have people exploring the map by creating a reward for doing so. Its fun running some where random and seeing someone out farming. I would like PVP to be a load in event, not an area. Create a pvp culture and tap into that. This game has a lot room for growth.

This roadmap is pathetic. This is more like a worn pathway in the weeds to a homeless encampment of incompetent leadership.

Diablo 4 is amazing when the season starts but their end game needs major work. I’m level 270, 6 classes fully maxed out. There’s nothing to do to keep me playing. Pits and nm dungeons get old quick. The hardest part of this season was getting gem fragments.

Almost 3 years for leaderboard 😅, yikes….. boring content before next expansion, nothing new , some the same old thing with them….

D4 development team needs to be “Zizzed” and have their collective feet held to the fire during a real interview. Maybe they would get the message that the game direction is not looking good.
The leader boards should be implemented now or by July. Why are they waiting until the expansion when it’s been asked for since the pit was added? The leader boards should not be considered a feature of the expansion. Don’t sell us that. Don’t sell us a ranking system either.
The powers theme is now a meme. It’s hard to play a game that has no creativity.

Looks like we’ll potentially be paying for any actual meta endgame progression if they decide to introduce it with the expansion (and that’s a big IF).

Seasonal powers again and again isn’t going to bring me back, and the “new” bosses are recycled and standing around an altar killing them over and over is not appealing.

New classes are a MUST imo …..one new class ever year and a half isn’t doing it for me ……have barely logged in since last summer . Witch doctor will instantly get me back ….until then there’s too many better ganes to keep me engaged.

It’s almost creepy how positive you are and how you can present something with so much enthusiasm 😉 For the fact that it’s going to be the same all year, leaderboards 2026… no one can tell me that it’s that hard to implement a leaderboard, just for pit runs, that would be enough for now. I’m waiting for the season that will keep me occupied for more than 3 weeks, and that even though I’m the “dad gamer” who doesn’t play 4+ hours every day, more like 8 per week.

Endgame isn’t just running pits over and over, or one-shotting bosses for hours chasing meaningless loot.
Mythic items should be rare, but each one should feel powerful—something that truly boosts your character.
What’s the point of finding over 200 mythics in one season if none of them feel impactful?
Just add a leaderboard for the pit for now—give us something to do. They gave us a roadmap to not pay until expansion 2 maybe.

I know that this will go nowhere but d4 had a super strong PvP economy for players that wanted to push pve and those that had only interest in PvP. If they put some balancing and thought into PvP I think it would help them more than it hurt them. Just saying.

The roadmap doubled edge sword its cool to know what’s coming but now we know is stale season after stale season with no new proper Endgame content, loot grind or progression systems just existing things like dungeon and hordes getting updates or changes😮‍💨 Releasing a roadmap in early April 2025 and saying no real new content is coming until 2026 is crazy work. 😑

Put an ulta hard tier5 level in the game.

The dungeon escolation system sounds like a mapping system from PoE. And the new dungeon events sounds like they will add new content to NMDs to bring more life to them.

Putting a prime evil into the game without progressing the story line is a stupid move.

Copy and paste powers every season, they can’t even add new abilities to existing classes meanwhile PoE is adding entire new classes.
Lame, interview was terrible no information and just the director telling you 50 ways about why he can’t tell what’s going on or what they are working with but that they are listening. 🤡
